Turned away from a half empty cafe
We arrived for coffee and cake at 2pm on Saturday afternoon. Taking my 75 year old mum out for a small walk after an operation. Despite there being plenty of spare tables inside we chose to sit outside due to my mums fear of covid. When we went in to order we were told they were not allowing any more customers as they were too busy. I informed them we just wanted coffee and cake (not lunch) and that my mum had struggled to get there but were told they could not serve anybody else. We then had to get my mum to walk again to an alternative cafe. The amount of spare tables in the cafe did not reflect them turning away business and we weren’t even told that it may be a wait for the coffees as they were busy - it was a case of ‘no - we’re not taking any more customers’ - very disappointing.

A lovely café bar
A lovely café bar to eat, drink, rest and actually enjoy work! I spent a relaxing hour or so logged into work. The coffee was excellent and the service first class. A friendly atmosphere and one to which I'll definitely return. Thank you and see you all soon

Nice coffee, not v strong. BUT pods keep getting stuck in our Nespresso machine.

We test our pods on a number of different branded coffee pod machines, but it's difficult to cater to all of them. If you don't mind popping a quick email to hattie@bemorebear.co with your coffee machine make & model, this would be incredibly helpful for us in terms of developing our product!
Apologies again that you found our pods to jam occasionally - I really hope that this doesn't put you off using our product completely, and that we'll hear from you with the extra info about your coffee machine to help us solve what might be going wrong.

A lot of the capsules pour very slowly
A lot of the capsules pour very slowly. Even when pressing lungo an espresso size would eventually cone out. Glad I didn't pay full price or I would be gutted

Product was poor. Coffee granules leaked out during extraction. And coffee drink was very weak.

I really liked the coffee from the pods. Small downside what is that they were made from plastic- which my Nespresso machine doesn’t particularly like! it likes aluminium pods.
but they are good for the planet so that’s good for me ⭐️

The coffee pods I received at home taste like carton, definitely would not recommend buying them! I have tried three different flavours and none of them tastes like coffee!

I didn't like the taste of any of the 3…
I didn't like the taste of any of the 3 options I was sent. I think the paper layer that holds the coffee in creates a bad taste.

Great place for coffee and food
Great place for coffee and food. I use the Irongate site and the one in Derbion. Different and dead tasty food. Coffee is really smooth and my wife who only drinks decaff says its one of the best she has had.

BEAR Northwich to the rescue!!
BEAR Northwich came to my rescue as I needed good bandwidth/WIFI as part of my job, as my internet provider had severe performance issues.
Coupled with excellent coffee, superb menu range and fantastic customer service...it was a great experience!
Purely as I was on calls, the music was a little loud but obviously was suitable for the ambience of all other customers.
BTW - the bubble & squeak was sublime!
