Avoid this company. Item eventually received but much too small, so requires returning. BellaBlue have subsequently advised that the item must be returned overseas to the Netherlands at my expense, but also that they apply a "return handling fee of 24% and a restocking fee of 18% of the total order value will be deducted from the refund". This was not clear at point of sale, but much was made of an easy returns process, which it definitely isn't. Wouldn't give BellaBlue the time of day.

Quality of shoe was horrible. They were 60$ and made out of flip flop material.

I ordered new cotton canvas trousers with insulated liner and what turned up three and a half weeks later was definitely not that. They were the lightest grade polyester that looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
I’ve tried contacting them to arrange return and full refund including postage as their website says they will but they so far haven’t replied ( 3 days )

The jackets I received were not as advertised: the material felt very cheap and the overall quality was substantially below what the website led me to expect!

Only after purchasing and requesting a return was I informed that I would need to send the items to the Netherland - even though website states it has a UK warehouse?

Their published returns policy does not state that customers may be required to return goods internationally, incurring substantial postage charges plus 20% handling fee!

They are basically banking on customers accepting ridiculous refund offers - I was offered 10% discount to keep the cheap, low quality garments! NO THANK YOU

I have returned the items at a cost of £17.00 and will be taking it up with my credit card provider to pursue Bella Blue for a FULL REFUND!

If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will consider referring the complaint to Citizens Advice for Trading Standards assessment.

Sent the wrong size, ordered a size 8 got a 6, trying to contact them, but keep getting the same automated reply,
Their web site says if it is their fault they will pay postage, and refund, you need to be able to contact them first.
Looks like I'm going to be out of pocket, but I guess this is how companies like this make their money, stay away from them you'll only end up very disappointed

The shipping was super fast, and it arrived looking just like the photos. The fit was surprisingly good on me, and I've already worn it to work and for a weekend outing. Really happy with it!

SCAM SITE! I Ordered 100% cotton. Work trousers and got thin printed polyester paperthin chinese tat which is.absolutely nothing like what I ordered. Took weeks to be delivered obviously from china and absolutely not fit for purpose .happy to submit photos and would if I could.

**Misleading impression of a UK retailer — avoid**

I bought a jacket from Bella Blue and was extremely disappointed. In my opinion, the quality was poor, it looked cheap, did not match its appearance on the website and was not worth the £40 price.

I found the website misleading. The UK warehouse address displayed in Harrogate gave me the impression that I was buying from a business dispatching orders and handling returns within the UK.

The jacket took a very long time to arrive. I was told this was due to demand, but being subsequently told to return it to China has left me questioning whether it was actually being shipped from overseas. This was not what I understood when ordering.

Despite repeatedly explaining that I wanted to return it for a full refund, I received successive offers of 10%, 25%, 35% and finally 50% to keep it.

Bella Blue has confirmed in writing that it will not provide a prepaid return label, arrange collection or reimburse return postage. To obtain a full refund, I am expected to pay to send the jacket to China using tracked shipping.

The matter remains unresolved, and I am now referring it to my payment provider.

Poor quality, a misleading impression of UK-based purchasing and deeply disappointing customer service. Based on my experience, **avoid at all costs**.

Beware - I believe the original company that makes signs has now closed. The website is now being used by a company selling sub standard Chinese origin clothing. I have tried to obtain a refund for a very poor quality coat and they’re being obstructive and refusing. The website is
