I purchased an Omega Moonwatch in December 2021 and noticed some small stains between the bezel and the case of the watch. The team was very quick and helpful to arrange the return with a special courier and i received a new watch just a couple of days after.

Whilst this was not the experience i expected for my first Omega this truely highlights the value if purchasing directly from a reputable dealer.

I am an ardent fan and collector of Luxury watches namely two in particular, which on trying to obtain one or the other of these brands locally where i live was non existent. So moving further afield was my only option some 200 miles away, this was a very good move going to Beards as my decision was made, from conferring, ordering and delivery the whole procedure was carried out with one week.
The watch was so well packed and in such a large box i thought i had ordered a GrandFather Clock. I cannot thank Beards enough for their professionalism, assistance and help in making and assisting me with my choice and carrying out the whole procedure, even down to the fact that the divers strap if it was to small would be exchanged for me even during this current lockdown.
