Superb service - very concerned about mail ordering a high value watch but as soon as I clicked “purchase” - the communications and after-sale service was absolutely quality. From asking for measurements to make sure the watch was correctly fitted, through to setting excellent expectation on delivery times (which were exceeded)

It didn’t go unnoticed that some of the communication was over the weekend and out of typical office hours

Bought a watch online as could get discount through my employer. I never usually leave reviews, however the service from Nigel was fantastic & communication excellent. It felt like a personal service you expect face to face rather than just the usual anonymous online purchase. Would definitely use again & highly recommend

I would’ve loved to have been able to buy my best friend a present from here for her 50th Birthday...as friends when we were growing up my maiden name was Beards.
I made contact via email and spoke to someone on the phone to request some product ideas as the earrings I chose were out of stock. I think the ceiling spending I wanted of £150.00 maybe put them off...I have heard nothing back.

I can not recommend Beards highly enough. Recently purchased my first luxury watch, and they made the experience very enjoyable and personal - despite the current lockdown!
I was dealing directly with Nigel Newhook. He went above and beyond, taking photos of the watches I was interested in, giving expert advice, and really making the purchase go smoothly despite not being able to go into a physical store. The bracelet was adjusted perfectly as well.
I won't hesitate to purchase again from Beards in the future, and highly recommend them to anyone looking at either a future watch or jewellery purchase!

I purchased an expensive watch - which I was a bit nervous about doing online; I need not have worried as the staff were fantastic, contacted me when the item was shipped and wrapped it beautifully. Whenever I need to buy any more jewelry Beards are going to be my go to Jewelers and the look forward to doing business with them in the future. Great customer service, great communication and great business.
