I got in touch with Nigel from Beards asking him about an Omega Speedmaster sapphire watch. The watch was out of stock, and I enquired about getting it on a very short lead time so as to receive it as a personal gift for my 30th birthday. Nigel did his outmost to meet my requirements, answer any of my queries and kept me up to date on a regular basis with my order progress.

Not only did he manage to deliver it earlier than expected, he also arranged for the bracelet to be adjusted to fit my wrist! Excellent service all around! I will be using Beards for any future purchases and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a similar purchase!

For context, I purchased a mail order watch online.

Enquired end of business day Saturday, noticed that they were closed on Sundays but still managed to get through via email and even managed to make my purchase. Communication with Nigel was excellent, responses were quick yet courteous, all questions were answered.

The package came next working day, RM Special Delivery, tracking provided. It was securely packaged, the watch box itself was nicely gift wrapped with a personal handwritten note.

One can shop with confidence. I would come here again, I would recommend to friends and family. Thanks again Nigel, and Beards! :)

Fantastic Service…..I’ll be honest, I’d not heard of Beards until I made my recent purchase, the store came as a recommendation from a family member from down South. I was initially sceptical as I always use the mainstream stores such as Goldsmiths, however the service I received was fantastic despite it all being done online. Initial technical problems with payment were resolved by the friendly Nigel through the online live chat function. The watch was ordered and delivered all the way to Liverpool within 24 hours. The personal hand written note from Nigel that was received with the watch was a great touch. I highly recommend the store purely on their service, (the Breitling watch was fantastic too!). Will definitely be using them again.

Bought a necklace and earrings for my wife's 50th. They didn't suit her so we were offered and exchange but she couldn't find something she liked. The store then suggested that their designers could make something and we settled on a nice idea. Weeks passed and we hadn't heard from them so my wife went to the shop in Cheltenham and was told she would get something by the end of the week. Again nothing. I sent an email regarding it and we were sent what looked like a photo of something taken from a catalogue and £225 more expensive than what I had originally bought. I asked for my money back but was told that this wasn't company policy. I was offered a small discount and a promise that they would do something else for us. I accepted this and again we waited. For weeks. Again my wife went to the shop and again was told something would be ready soon. More weeks passed. Eventually I sent another email asking for my money back and finally they agreed to refund me in full. Six months since my wife's birthday. Awful experience.

Bought a watch online and arranged to collect it from the Cheltenham store.
From the moment I walked through the door, to the moment I left, I was made to feel very welcome.
The staff were all very polite, friendly and knowledgeable.
Oh yes...and the watch was superb :)
