An excellent transaction from start to finish. All staff spoken to on the phone or in person were very helpful. All questions were answered to my satisfaction and the final handover of the watch included how to operate the crown and change the time and date. All paperwork including the guarantee was completed and explained. An excellent buying experience was provided and I would recommend Beards to anyone buying a watch.

Great service. We ordered online during lockdown. We were contacted as the order came in just before the weekend and they were unable to deliver the day after (we were not expecting that anyway). I arranged to pick the purchase up via their click and collect. Super slick communication and service. Would recommend!

I ordered the last of a necklace online, but was sadly informed the next day by Beards that it was actually out of stock. However, Sophie (Head of Jewellery) went the extra mile to ensure her help. Sophie went straight to the manufacturer to track down any remaining stock, found the last one and had it specially delivered to Beards and then recorded delivered to me - all in time for me to gift it as a special present. What impressed me most was how much this company genuinely cared. Also, the care and effort Sophie took to keep me personally informed at each stage of the process. *****Outstanding Service***** I had seen the watch I wanted to buy my son as an 18th Birthday present, he had set his heart on an Omega Seamaster. I intended to visit Beards in Cheltenham, unfortunately the 2nd Lockdown was announced and I feared the worst, however, Nigel (Marketing & E-Commerce Manager) came to the rescue and responded to my email request even on a Sunday, I could not have asked for better service. Nigel ensured the watch was adjusted to to size and I received it two days later, absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble, and Nigel has offered to readjust the watch if needed once lockdown conditions have been eased. Definitely recommend Beards and I will use them again. Customer service at its very BEST!!!! Thank you Nigel!
