Go no further, the BBQ Authority is your Napolean experts!!
I purchased a Napolean prestige pro 665, when it arrived a door hinge was not attached, and when I hooked up the propane tank there was a small leak. After speaking to the bbq authority, she, I believe it was Mellisa, got me in touch with Josh who told me how to correctly reattach the hinge, and ordered the correct part for the hose leak. They were very attentive,and quick to solve my problems. Highly recommend this company!!

I could not be more happy with the…
I could not be more happy with the online through delivery experience provided by BBQ Authority. I’ve been looking for a replacement built-in grill for years, I have even had to return one from another competitor because the grill was different than advertised and arrived broken. This was not the case with BBQ Authority. The grill is exactly as their website described and I have never seen a better packaged shipment. BBQ Authority clearly cares about their customers and the business segment they serve. The grill is now installed and I’m loving having it to celebrate with family and friends over the Christmas holidays and long into the future. Thank you BBQ Authority and for your military service to our nation. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Years!

Slow processing/shipping
Stated item would be shipped in 1-2 business days. Was not shipped until 6 business days, after I had to reach out about the same. Very disappointing.

Quick, efficient ordering. Requested delayed shipment. Grill was shipped as promised and came via UPS on time, as promised. Have not assembled it yet. I have previously purchased and assembled a Napoleon. They are tough to beat.

My Pizza Oven purchase from BBQ Authority
My BBQ Authority experience was exceptional. I have not previously purchased from them, so I did not know what to expect.
I was interested in a pizza oven, called and spoke with a salesperson named Michelle. She was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
I placed the order over the phone and immediately received an email receipt with estimated shipping of 2 days, along with her contact information if I needed anything.
2 days later my 240 pound freight order shipped via fed ex home delivery and it was received in only a few days.
In addition to my order which was packaged very well, there was a very nice thank you note and small gift from BBQ Authority.
Their whole process was about communication and customer satisfaction and they delivered. On a scale of 1 to 10, I’d give them a 15…. that’s how pleased I was.
I will DEFINITELY be buying from them again.

Great customer service!
All items were in stock as advertised and shipping was prompt. They had items I had trouble finding elsewhere. The thank you letter was a nice touch and not seen often enough these days.

You have canceled my order for some reason and I need it for Christmas. You better not be a fraud. And you should have emailed me that you canceled it.
I did not get an email saying it was cancelled. Neither did I know it was not sent to my house without talking to the ai person knowing it was for “fraud”

It is ironic that you decide to mention fraud in your review. However, your order has been cancelled and will not ship. The credit card used on the order has not been charged and the card issuer is aware of this fact.
If you would like to place another order, you will have to use a different form of payment and the new order will be reviewed the same as the first.
