Awesome company! I had some troubles with a pizza oven that was no fault of them and they went above and beyond to take care of me.

Excellent customer service. I used the on line chat about product dimensions. Then I called to cancel one of the items I ordered that was back ordered. Both customer service interactions were great.

I made my order late evening and when I received the receipt, I noticed that I made a mistake with the order. I emailed them my corrections and it was updated the next day. I received and email when my order shipped with a tracking number but unfortunately it went to my spam folder for some reason. I was disappointed with them when my package showed up and I didn't have any messages from them about shipment. I changed my mind once I saw my email flagged it as spam so I was very happy afterward. When I opened up the box, I found something I wasn't expecting, BBQ rub. I could not get that smile off my face. I was so happy. I double check the itemized list to make sure I didn't accidentally order the rub, no I didn't. I'm blown away that they just decided to add it. I'm still smiling as I type this because, who does this. I only spent $50, but still, who does this. I will consider them more for my needs. I did buy my Napoleon grill from them though. I don't care if the rub was $1, I'm still so happy lol.

Never got my products

The design is fantastic and it works really well. Setup took a bit longer than expected, but once it's going, it's a great addition to the backyard.

Product was shipped on time; Smooth delivery with clear communication.

I found some damage as I unpacked the grill. I reached out to customer service. They helped me get a replacement part to ensure complete satisfaction

Paid extra for 2 Day shipping. Took them 3 days to fill and ship the order on the 3rd. Its the 7th and still haven't received it.

Customer service was over the top good. I placed an order and an hour later I wanted to add another product. No problem for them. Even changed my total purchase to be freight free. No problem.

A very strange shipping problem had the same FedEx tracking number assigned to two different orders form two different companies. One was delivered, theirs was not. No problem. They figured it out. I had my materials in a few days.

I was looking for some accessories for my new Napoleon grill and found this vendor had everything in stock. Ordering process was easy, shipping was free and fast. I also like that they are a veteran owned business. As a Marine Corps veteran myself this is something that makes a difference when choosing where to spend my hard earned dollars. Time frame was spot on the delivery from FedX was awesome , The best part was they reached out to me to let me know that my delivery was on the truck and made sure I was there to sign. Now that is customer service.
