Battery was dead on arrival
Battery was dead on arrival, even though it had a QC sticker on it. It doesn't charge and is not a genuine product. Not easy to get hold of customer services either.
They also send an email when you make a purchase asking you to leave a 5 star review on Trust Pilot for 10% off future purchases.
What makes things worse is that they then emailed me to say that if I remove the negative comment on Trust Pilot then they will give me a full refund. My consumer rights should not depend on me removing a comment that was well deserved.

The battery doesn't fit.
The battery doesn't fit.
I needed a battery for my HP 15S-EQ0507NA.
The supplied battery has the correct number HT03XL and L11119-855 but it is physically too big.
The screw holes line up but I would need to cut off the side locators from my laptop. m not prepared to do this.
I have sent an email but there is no reply 1 day later.
