Not impressed
Not impressed. Ordered xbat200 for my Shark vac. Came well packaged in good time but faulty as wouldn’t charge. Contacted them, they asked for videos of charger (original shark) and me trying to charge the new battery and old one.(why? It was original one that came with vac and of no relevance. No exchange offered just issued a refund. I’m now left with a useless battery I have to make a special trip to dispose of.
Email sent to review but can’t get the link for that to work either so going direct

Had a response re above advising why they asked for videos (a bit late, they should have explained that in their communication) It seems there is a faulty batch that’s why they didn’t offer an exchange. Why did they not say that in their communication in the first place ?

After our technicians reported the issue back to the manufacturer, we were informed that this particular batch had known problems. For this reason, rather than sending a replacement that might have the same issue, we decided that a full refund would be the best solution for you.

New lease of life for very old laptop
Great experience. Had the exact battery I needed to bring my old laptop back to life. Arrived quickly and very well packaged along with the tools I'd need to fit it. Fitting was easy, charging was fast and I now have a laptop I can use on battery again. Very pleased as it's a laptop built in 2014 for Windows 8 and I still have it running perfectly on Windows 11 (despite a certain corporation's attempts to tell me the processor was out of date). With the new battery it seems even a little bit quicker - faster than some up to date Win11 laptops. Very pleased.

Make no mistake, your buying from China which isn’t clear until you place your order. If you need a replacement Laptop battery urgently you’ll be disappointed. So far, 13 days from order and still ‘in transit’ with no indication of when this will change to ‘out for delivery’

Still waiting
I received an email on 3rd March to say the batteries are on their way. I am still waiting, the tracking system doesn't work so well either, however by going to Royal Mail and inserting the number I discovered my order is still in China. (20th March). As others stated how fast the delivery is I am disappointed but living in hope.

Old Laptop revived
The battery arrived quickly, it also came with all the tools needed to install it. It was exactly the same as the original battery and has performed well since I started using it. My old laptop(a HP Spectre) has been given a new lease of life!
