Everything was done efficiently with consideration for the customer.The result is a lovely bathroom, which is a pleasure to use.

The transformation of the bathroom only took 3 days. My wife can now access the shower on her own.

The whole experience was professional, the information given was accurate and what was agreed was delivered on time. The sales rep, Stuart, took on board our desired outcome, Tony the Project Manager was clear in what was needed with safety and practicality in mind. Constantin, the fitter, was excellent, he was skilful and overcame problems with minimum fuss, his work was of an extremely high quality. Both Tony and Amy from Customer Services kept in touch throughout the installation as had been promised. Highly recommend, we are very pleased with the standard of the completed work.

My mum recently had a walk-in shower installed by Bathing Solutions and the whole process was so easy from start to finish. Scott and Craig did a fantastic job – they were thorough, professional, and left everything spotless. The old bath and all the rubbish were removed too, which made things completely hassle-free. We also had regular calls from the company checking in for updates and making sure there were no issues, which gave us real peace of mind. The whole team was brilliant and my mum absolutely loves the result. I’d definitely recommend Bathing Solutions to anyone considering this kind of work.

Martin and Jon installed our wetroom and they were brilliant. They came when they said, informed us of what they were doing that day and cleaned up afterwards. Can't recommend them highly enough.
Also it was much appreciated that Yvonne rang us everyday to check on whether we had any concerns or worries about the installation.
Would definitely recommend them.

Apart from 4 separate start times the work done was very high standard .

Jack is a lovely courteous and polite young man who was very professional and we are 100% pleased with our bathroom and was completed speedily

They arrived on time. Polite and respectful of property. They caused the minimum of disruption. Warned me before turning off water supply. Gave me enough time to fill kettle! Worked steadily all day. It was obviously hard work because they had to carry large awkward items upstairs and by the time they finished they were exhausted. But no grumbles from them. Totally pleasant workmen. When they finished they showed me the instalation and checked positioning of controls and grab rails etc.
A pleasure to meet them.

The installer, James Oxford, carried out a very professional job. He was very accommodating if we wanted access to the bathroom. Everything was left clean and tidy.

Kostas was the man who did a really good job of everything from start to finish, and was very methodical and precise with all his work over nearly 4 days.
The procedure from start to finish was well organized, and Matthew Stone kept in touch with us every morning to make sure everything was going to plan, which it was.
Even making sure any rubbish was put in bags and left tidy outside.
The clearance men came the next morning after everything was completed.
I would recommend this company.

My Wet Room was installed by Mark Phips. He is a very pleasant person who who has worked to a very high standard throughout the whole project. He has made some modifications which really are a great help because of my disability. [Polio in the right leg and Arthritis in both legs] Every detail was explained to me as the work progressed.
The work by the electrician and the floor litter also went very well.
The whole room is very well set out and it suits my needs very well.
I am very satisfied with the end result.

The overall experience was fine, however, as part of the project management process it was stated that we would receive a phone call every day to monitor progress during the installation. This did not happen on two of the five days during the installation process. Apart from that the experience was OK. Finished bathroom is fine with a good quality finish.
