We have just had a walk in shower installed by Bathroom Solutions and it is the best decision we have ever made.Everything has gone so smoothly but the best was Kevin the installer he could not do enough for us before any part of the job was done he called us in to show us what was happening next and made sure that we were happy with what he was doing he even advised us on the best way to have things.

We are very happy with the fitter Mark and also Amy in the office who phoned me every day asking if I had any questions or problems.
They didn't make much noise and they were quick as I thought it would take 5 days but they were finished in 4 days. When they left they hoovered everywhere and left everything so clean.
I would recommend this company to anyone who would like this done.

From the initial advisory appointment to the actual completion of the bathroom installation Bathing Solutions provided an excellent and caring programme of work from the beginning to actual completion . A job very well done by highly competent trades. In particular plumberSteve Needs.

Everything went smoothly apart from the wrong bath being sent however as this was remedied within 24 hours it didn't impact majorly on the overall fitting.

My fitter was Nasos, who worked hard every day and was polite and friendly. I would be very happy to have him back to do any other work that may need doing.

Overall the communication with the company was very good with a phone call every day to check that I was happy with the progress.

The lad's and Paul Adam and Jake were very professional in all the work they had to do in changing our bathroom into a shower room would recommend them to anyone.

The five stars belong to Rafal. He was professional, courteous, hard working - and the standard of his workmanship was excellent. We are very happy with the overall finish, and believe ourselves extremely lucky to have had him fit our bathroom.

The whole experience from the initial enquiry to completion was stress free and Peter the fitters work could not be faulted.

The guy who installed our walk-in shower worked extremely hard each day. Although he had to start a day late due to us being away - he finished the installation in 4 days. He had quite a journey each day but arrived before 9am and finished at 4pm - which suited us. We chose Blue Marble sheets for the walls with blue vinyl for the floor - the bathroom looks amazing. He tidied up every day and disposed as neatly as possible the rubbish. The rubbish was collected on the following Monday and the driveway left clean and tidy.

Loan worked incredibly hard and left my home in excellent condition having executed an impressive installation on his own.

Initial installation of disabled bathroom very shoddy, sealant everywhere, holes left in walls, lumpy uneven flooring with inappropriate materials underneath.
Took them four return trips to resolve, they then refused to give me a decent chunk off the original price.
They offered £150 off, a paltry sum given the number of phone calls and time taken to get the work to anything approaching an acceptable standard.

If you want to pay top dollar for a substandard job and have several hours over a couple of months spare to get it rectified, these are the people for you.

They were very professional everything was completed on time

The fitter Chris worked really hard and did a first class job. He always tidied up at the end of each day. I was impressed by all his work including the preparation work which is hidden later.

We were consulted every step of the way and not made to feel pressured. Both the salesman and Clare the project manager gave us a clear vision of what could be done.Tim phoned on Friday to say he would be starting our work on Monday.He arrived promptly every day at 8am.He made sure that inconvenience to us was kept to minimum. As the fittings went in he asked me to check the height excetra before final fit. Explained fully how to use shower and how fan and pump worked. Steve the electrician was also very efficient. Yvonne from customer services phoned every day to ensure work was going smoothly and felt like an old friend by the time the job was finished.Because of space limitations which had to be got round the job took the full 8 days. Tim ensured the room was left clean and tidy and ready for use. Would certainly recommend this company for their friendly professional service.

Very friendly and expert installation team. James was very helpful in explaining everything and the main work only took 2 days, another day for the wet-room floor and finishing off.
We are really happy with our new en-suite and were surprised how good the work was.

The bathroom is good but still get a splash of water on the floor as the glass is not long enough. Also the workman took mirror and toilet roll of the wall and threw them saying he didn't think we wanted them away.so I now got to buy new ones, I no complain about his work he was pleasant and tidy up after he had finished.

Last week we had fitted a complete new bathroom suite with walk in shower. The whole experience from the beginning with the salespersons visit Paul Bailey and then onto customer service Ryan and then the brilliant fitter Jacob, was outstanding.
Customer service contacted me daily to make sure that everything was going to plan and there was absolutely no problems because we had the wonderful fitter Jacob ( I don’t know his surname ) who worked constantly from the time he arrived at our house on time every morning to when he finished every day.
Jacob had a fantastic attitude and conscientiously worked to fit a perfect bathroom suite and walk-in shower that we now have.
Having arthritis and being to be able to use the walk in shower is wonderful and I have no hesitation in recommending this company .
