avoid Ballys altogether i use to play a few hundred a week on bally casino and i use to get a bit of luck on there daily free game but when i cut back they changed there settings i hit so many x on the board and it is impossible to win it is so rigged. Much the same story as the reviews already on here. My real rating is no stars. I played on Megacasino for years and won some and lost some. Since it became Ballycasino I've been told that the reason I'm no longer receiving loyalty bonuses each month is because I used to be a member of Casino+ under Megacasino and I have been removed from this under Ballycasino, who admit there is no criteria for being removed, they just do it presumably to save a few pounds. I've noticed that the wins on slots are smaller and fewer under Bally, and the bonus rounds on slots are pretty impossible to achieve unless you spin the reels a few thousand times. Whatever the reasons it's very noticeable that the experience under Bally is a lot poorer than when it operated as Megacasino. They've just restricted my account (I can't deposit or take part in their daily/monthly free game) until I contact them. That's because I dared to criticise them in an email I sent to them. As I've just told them, they need me and people like me more than I need them. I do not intend using their site again. I recommend that nobody else does either.

Please read reviews before you deposit..spend around 100 not a single win above 5£ or bonus..I tried different games,hoping some will give me a atleast my money back or a small win or bonus,but this casino seems fake..please don't install this app..its crap

I deposited £15 on the site for the first time since it changed from megaways casino, after getting a bonus that gave £500 I withdrew it straight away, the next day it was still sitting in pending so I went onto live chat and they confirmed that it would be processed ‘very soon’… Later that day I had an email to say my details weren’t right and the withdrawal couldn’t be processed but the funds had returned back to my account… I then went to log in to find that they had CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WITH THE £500 IN! Again going onto live chat they then proceeded to tell me that I had breached T&C’s but they wouldn’t tell me what until threatened with trading standards, after going back and fourth time after time they told me it was under 7.1, after looking this up I found that it wasn’t anything that I had done but under that T&C it stated that they have the rights to close accounts whenever they like!! They then went on to tell me that I wouldn’t be receiving my winnings and they wouldn’t even refund me the initial £15 I had deposited. I then asked for a manger and got told ‘my manager won’t speak to you, if they did then they would tell you the same’. I have since been on their site to look over these ‘T&C’s’ and they are no longer available to view?? Trading standards will be called first thing Monday morning as will their FCA. Look forward to hearing off me Bally you scamming b*stards.

Megaways changed to Bally casino and since then it’s become terrible. I never seem to win anything on this site anymore. Bonus rounds are very rare and now and the daily free game is hardly worth playing anymore. I opt in to the different promotions each week but that’s pointless too because I never win any of the prizes they offer. I used to spend around £20-£30 a week on megaways but now it’s Ballycasino I only spend £10 per week as I never win anything. It would be silly to deposit anymore than that as I would literally be throwing my money away. In fact I’m not sure I’ll even deposit £10 a week anymore as this site is no fun anymore since the switch. You’re much better off going to a different well known site as the win/lose ratio is much fairer in other places than it is at Bally casino. Enjoyed the site until I went to withdraw. They have asked for additional information which I have provided several days ago and now I am being ignored. There is a withdrawal which says it should be in my account but is still pending as nobody is getting back to me. Customer service is so poor and slow. Heres your first review. Megaways casino has changed over to Ballycastle and it's the exact same if not worse. Payouts are few and far between and they're usually lower than your actual stake. They've moved to this site because they're due for investigation so moving makes it easier to avoid that. Wrong. Sites trash and you'll win the same as what you won on Megaways. Nothing.
