I actually don’t have an issue with the app, I’m not a big slot player so can’t really rate that, but the customer service is absolutely awful and rude. Specifically a guy name Kevin, not sure if he is the only one there, cause I’ve gotten him twice, but 2 stars based on the fact when you have a question or an issue, you are screwed.

I've had 2 bonus games today and cancelled them half way through. The first was deal or no deal my first few boxes were all the big spins and money so I ended that. The second was centurion big spins my first 2 spins I got caught twice by the bush. Worst odds I have ever had on slots. Play the same games on multiple UK sites and the same games etc on here do not play the same. They are poor odds and a lot of the games have features disabled such as 5x gamble bonus etc. AVOID.

Better than I first thought.
I left a bad review on here which was done with haste. As shortly after I was offered 10 free spins, I won £120 off the free spins and withdrew. Received the next day in my bank with no checks needed. Can't complain.

Also won other small amounts which I withdrew with no problems from free spins on other days.

Awful worst company ever, scammers and robbers

Honestly l feel so great closing my account after almost 11 years! Joined with Starspins and quickly got invited to the VIP with your own dedicated VIP manager to look after you, ring you having a chat and special birthday gifts and then invites for events even luxurious holidays, but really obviously just luring and grooming.
You will do due diligence at some stage but mine came after spending thousands and about 6 years, then new gambling regulations and laws came into effect so a large group of VIPs and the whole structure changed and you are dropped like hot coal! Yes many things have changed obviously they don't have the elite VIP as the new regulations don't allow it. Free games ok but not the same and bonuses and Bonanza boxes non existent. Really wish l had closed my account/ accounts way before this but now l have and l feel a relief.

I deposited 100 pounds and I was winning 280..trying to withdraw the money I wasn’t able then I had to contact the customer support..they found me 1 year ago with virgin casino from where I self excluded..they said we cannot pay you because you broke the term and conditions..??I was self excluded from virgin not Bally …how do know they are the same company but under different names???I will not advise you to register on this website never ..it’s a scam you will deposit all your money and you will not receiving nothing back, they will found an reason to not pay you..run away guys from this !
