I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Bally’s verification process.
I submitted multiple standard documents to verify my account, including my driving licence, bank card, passport, and a selfie with a dated note — all of which are commonly accepted for identity checks.
Despite this, I was then asked to take a photo of myself outside my home. This is not a typical verification requirement and raises serious privacy concerns.
More importantly, I am disabled and unable to comply with this request. I explained this clearly and asked for a reasonable alternative, as required under the Equality Act 2010, but this has made the process unnecessarily difficult and stressful.
At the time of writing, my account remains unverified despite providing sufficient documentation. The lack of flexibility and consideration for accessibility has been disappointing.
I would advise others to be cautious and hope Bally’s reviews its procedures to ensure they are fair, proportionate, and inclusive.

Been playing slots for a while. Some slots didnt load and would log you out. All casinos have glitches so it didn't really bother me too much. In March I started playing a game called Wild Swarm 2. Its a progressive slot and you need to get from Level 1 to the end of Level 4 to get to the Maximum level. I did all this in 3 - 4 hours, and then it started playing really badly. Anyway I reached my deposit limit and had to wait till the 6th April before I could redeposit. Then on the 6th I deposited £200 and went back to the slot game. To my disbelief the game had been reset and on Level 1. I could not believe it after wasting so much time and more than £3,000. I contacted Bally and they said that they would investigate it. They came back after a few hours and said that the Provider had adjusted the RTP and thats why this has happened. This Does Not make any sense to me. I have played this particular game on 4 other UK casinos and it always stores/keeps the Level that you have reached. I was looking at my Financials and it looks like I spent more then I initially assumed, around £5,000-£6,000 into the game only to be told 'we're sorry, this happens occasionally but we hope you have better luck in the future', how disgusting and lack of professionalism from this Company. Oh BTW they game me £30 for the inconvenience. I will never use these guys again and I urge others not to either. We are the customers and they should be looking after our interests, instead of looking after the slot providers. Disgusting, disgusting, Do not play on their platform or any of their affiliates. When you lose you lose, and when you Win you lose.

Seen a lot a bad reviews for this site and I agree some of the casino play at times is very weighted not to pay this isn’t all the time and they offer so much to customers. They just give you free money all the time, this weekend alone they’ve give me £75 for nothing. At all. £65 of it I had to play £65 to withdraw but that easy to do it was free money. I had a winning round on Snakes and Ladders Live, apparently didnt register on their side despite me having screenshot proof throughout the bonus round that it was showing me as having a stake on the bonus, didnt pay out said it didnt register, no interest in looking into it further.

I genuinely don't understand the bad reviews. Really easy to use and some great boosts! Payout is immediate too. People just can't stand losing, well don't bet! Casino is great to use as well.
