Not able to withdraw funds from their site due to a "payment issue" that has been going for over 6 hours now.

Depositing into the site , however, works just fine. Funny, that. Next stop, the FCA and financial ombudsman.

The site paid out well! I think I got lucky, however my withdrawal wasn't instant and there's no place for me to verify instantly! I had an email ask for a bank statement, I attempted to send it to the payment team and the email bounces back repetedly. I sent the documents to customer support and I'm now waiting.... I will up to 5* once successful, however I will update to 1* if this fails.

Edit - Account closed, citing Gamstop I wasn't even aware was still active, awaiting withdrawal to be processed dependant on their decision after receiving a picture of my bank card. Will update to 5 stars if they're fair and accept the withdrawal.

Update: Winnings taken, despite apparently refunded. Avoid!

Received a letter through the post saying I was a signed up member. Membership number Username etc. No idea where they got my info from. I have never signed up to any Internet betting firm. Clearly some sort of con.

This is the formal complaint I sent. There is no verification to deposit then when you try and withdraw the reject withdrawal and close your account until further unreasonable verification. They want my bank statement and a photo of my front door along with a huge list of additional nonsense.

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding the handling of my account and withdrawal request.

I deposited £10 into my Bally account.

I later requested to withdraw the funds without gambling.

My withdrawal request was rejected, and my account was subsequently closed.

I was informed that “further verification” would be required before my account could be reopened and the withdrawal honoured.

I believe this treatment is unfair and may be in breach of the UK Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), which require operators to:

Carry out verification checks before allowing customers to deposit or gamble.

Not place unnecessary obstacles in the way of withdrawals.

Treat customers fairly and transparently.

I am requesting that Bally immediately:

Reopen my account for the purpose of completing any necessary verification checks.

Process my £10 withdrawal without further delay.

Confirm in writing the reason why these checks were not conducted before accepting my deposit.

If this matter is not resolved within 8 weeks, or if I do not receive a satisfactory final response, I will escalate my complaint to your designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider and will also report the matter to the UK Gambling Commission.

I expect your response within the required timeframes under your complaints policy.

Changes the welcome bonus that you sign up to.

I signed using a link for their sports welcome bonus by clicking on the sports promo banner.

When it came to depositing I found Bally had changed this to a casino slot bonus. As its a sign up there is no way for eto prove this is the case as I cannot create a new account.

Just awful, I don't do slots identical want a bonus for that. I didn't sign up for that!

So I have played for quite a long time with these and never won anything but didn’t pay much attention. Today I wa splaying centurions bigger money and I was on the fortune bet where you have more chances to win. I got 3 bonus and immediately the screen changed to being 2 bonuses. Absolutely horrible company been with them for years so am a loyal and known player account was closed by them yesterday asking for photo identification which I don’t have the worst part is they don’t release your winnings other well known sites do they just put a block on playing or depositing so today I have decided to let them keep the winnings but my advice is to stay far away from this gaming site and the others linked to them shame because they used to be absolutely amazing (kitkat68)
