I placed an order on the website, and they shut my account. When I called they were stammering and said that there is an issue with my card and they can't help me. There is no issue with my card, the charge went through. They said there there is no way to fix it, they just stonewalled me, with no explanation.

I signed up for an account out of curiosity because a friend told me about it, but never tried it. What I didn't know was I was signing a death warrant to my email address. I spent maybe a month and a half unsubscribing from their marketing emails to no avail. I then turned to their live chat and asked someone to unsubscribe me internally - the person I spoke with said they were sorry and lied that they unsubscribed me. Got another email and did the same thing, except this time I threatened to report them to the Better Business Bureau if they didn't actually unsubscribe me. Surprise, they really didn't unsubscribe me, so I reported them and they replied to my case through BBB and said they have removed my email from their system. About a week and a half after that was "resolved", I just got another email and that's why I'm writing this review.

DO NOT BUY ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS "COMPANY"!!! It's a scam. Basically a glorified, barely legal scam company.

Unfortunately this product didn't delivered as promised. My husband and myself purchased these in hope of feeling better. We took them for over 4 months and never felt any different . They were big and had a horrible horrible after taste. The real slap in the face was when I went to cancel my order they hit me with a $24.95 fee for canceling. Save yourself a lot of money and just purchase some B-12 vitamins.

My first 3 days I felt energy after that nothing. My problem is The 6 pills cause me chest discomfort pressure they seem to get all backed up . I tried taking 3 than little while later 3 more.
Still too much throat and esophagus backup.
Too many pills. Looking for something else. And way to much money been on it for almost 2 yrs. But done with the 6 pill discomfort.

I sent back the bottle of veggie supplements the same day it was received. I could not take the product. Spoke to several reps about the address and procedure. It was sent priority mail through the post office. That was three weeks ago and no refund. I called several times, I was told it was received and the refund is pending by 1 rep and that it was not received by another, and they cannot refund until the package is found. This was priority mail and they would have received the package 2 days after I sent it. Speaking to a live person is frustrating. Don't believe they will refund you they will just tell you they don't have it. What a ripoff.

We both tried BON. One of us needed up constipated while the other had very painful diarreah. My biggest issue with this product is pricing which is way to high! $69.99 to me equates to $100.00 Canadian Dollars +/-.

Add the bill ($30.00) from Canadian Government's Customs and now we're talking more than $125.00 or $250.00 +/- for two people every month!

Good Health is one thing, being able to afford this is quite another, or which bills do I choose to miss, Hydro? Heat? both perhaps? Then what? Freeze in Winter, die from Heat exhaustion is the Summer?

I normally don't give a negative review but I really have to worn people. it doesn't really work and it is very expensive and they scam you with auto delivery that is hard to cancel on their website. I ordered a three month supply for me and my wife to try their product and I put the recurring auto ship on hold, now after knowing it does not really help with anything they shipped another shipment without notifying me with a courtesy email and when I called to cancel while the shipment was pending, they said there is nothing they can do at this time, the product is being shipped and no refund if I return the product, I guess they know there are no use for it in their store. Now I have to fight it with my credit card and file a claim with BBB and see what happen. FOR THE NEW CUSTUMER, YOU CAN AVOID ALL OF THIS.

I'm writing this for my Father In Law who is 89 and lives in Long Beach California. My wife and I live on Maui, and have been taking Balance of Nature for a number of years now. He was motivated by Kathy Lee Gifford's comment of how she got her va-va-voom back, after trying BON. He now says he has doubled his daily walking routine and attributes that to taking Balance of Nature.
So thank you from my wife and I, and for helping our Father In Law live out his life one extra step at a time

I had high hopes for the products. My doctor finally came to the conclusion that the the fiber supplement was what was causing my horrible indigestion. The fruit and veggie supplement did nothing. Company will not refund eventhough the second fiber container has never been opened. Customer service is rude.

I returned products that I did not order. The credit card I used originally expired in 12/22. I did not provide another card because I didn't want any more products. Without my permission you charged a different card! I have since returned 3 months of product to you, that you rec'd on 5/6/23. You have the products AND you have not refunded me. I await my refund.

The product did nothing for me. I tried it for months no noticeable difference in how I felt or medical evidence of change during my annual physical. The real problem started when I wanted cancel. The company sent me an order well after I canceled and billed my credit card. No refund just we cancelled you for future shipments. $108 wasted past the cancellation.

Worst company ever. Ordered product on 04/10/2023 and dinged my credit card the same day. Took them 7 days to create a shipping label and said it had been shipped. It is now 04/25/2023 and all the tracking info says that the shipping label has been created but the USPS has not received it. Will never do business with this sham company again

I have runout of pills when will they be here, I am on automatic deliveryI had a stroke these are helping my mind waiting to get strength back in my legs especially so far so good

I am a 69 year old male still working a full time, very demanding job. Over the years I've had multiple injuries from raising thoroughbred horses. Joint pains followed soon after. Ive been talking Balance of Naturefor about a year. I feel better, sleep better, and most of all, I have no knee or shoulder pain. It takes time, but if you stay with this, the benefits are enormous.

This is a great deal on Balance of Nature fruits and vegetables. Every single product I bought lasted a long time, because they are vacuum sealed and fresh as soon as you open the bag! Great for keeping your family healthy when you're away from home.

I started a subscription two months ago. After taking the Fruit and Veggie supplements my Blood Pressure went way up. So I stopped taking them for a couple weeks. Tried again just taking 1 capsule three times a day at meal times. Again my Blood Pressure went way up so I stopped taking the vitamins. Call Customer Support Several times and could never get an. answer. Left message but no one called me back! Tried to go online to their website but it was down. Now they've shipped another month supply that I can't use and they won't refund my money. Terrible Customer Service! Products were bad for me....

I have trouble swallowing and the 6 pills you have to take are so big. I tried chewing them like you say can be done but the pill casing doesn’t melt. It’s like chewing and swallowing plastic. The inside of the pills smell and taste great but…. the main reason I didn’t reorder is that I can’t afford the price you charge. I know it’s a quality item and you did offer me a 40% discount on my first auto order but then I can’t afford the next month.

Shipping and notifications have been spot-on but to be totally honest, I have not noticed any health benefits from Balance of Nature. I've been using them for some time now. Maybe this product is not for someone like me. I'm a totally disabled senior retired Veteran with multiple health issues. I guess I expected a noticeable boost in energy, etc.

I'm 67 years old and have been bald for years, I started taking Balence of Nature about 2 years ago and I now have hair growth across my used to be bald top notch, Thank you Balance of Nature
