The product was fair at best. Neither my wife nor I had any benefit. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt because of some of the great people who endorse their products (for money).

But the company is awful. Still trying to cancel and get a refund from November. They are not professional in any way. At least I didn't get stuck with their continuing to send product.

This felt kind of like doing business with a time share company!

The product is so so....never noticed any difference. The TV ads are so full of crap. BUT the worst part is that if you cancel and want to come back they charge you an EXTRA $25. Yep, the nerve of these greedy aholes. I personally wouldn't use their product if it was free for that reason alone. The arrogance is mind blowing. So pass the word....all these guys are nothing more than sleazy greedy arrogant aholes.

Have been on this product for a few months now and feel no different. Had a scheduled call with my health "Coach", was in the car, something went wrong and the call was dropped and I never heard from them again. At this point certainly not sold on the company.

I will never purchase, the commercials are SO irratating I HAVE to turn off the sound and walk away. Thank goodness you got rid of Kathie Lee and now this supposed nutritionist, Vincent, cannot put a sentence together and feels the need to talk baby talk..STOP!

Good luck trying to return this product. I have emailed and requested a return label twice and have called with no response. The product gave me extreme heartburn and I couldn't take it. So much for the guarantee!

I called the customer service line to ask about a real and accurate nutrition label (like the FDA requires of packaged foods), as their bottles DO NOT give nutrition data. The person told me "we have lots of fruits in each capsule and there's no way to know which apple or what size of apple is in each capsule, for example". That is utterly and completely hogwash, if not stupid and ignorant about the manufacturing process. Clearly, they don't want customers to know and be aware of the real nutritional values. What makes this worse is that their spokespeople in TV commercials often are touted as "nutritionists", when any nutritionist worth their salt would demand a factual label. Maybe that's why the spokespeople are not identified with full names and contact information. Whenever a product is untruthful about it's contents, usually they have something to hide that would hurt sales. Beware.

I guess I do not get where it says on label any ingredients are certified organic yet I keep reading it is organic? if it is, Where on ingredient list does it say organic? that matters as non organic veggies can have lots of pesticides. ALSO how is this better than any healthy multi organic whole food vitamin like vitamin code or pure synergy which are all certified organic ingredients? Also some of the ingredients in balance of nature are goitrogens and can work against thyroid function. I just do not see the value, super expensive, I dont see where it is really organic veggies and if it is WHERE on the label is that verified and a good organic whole food multi to me seems much better for fraction of price, my opinion also the commercials are silly to me. A nutritionist who forgets to eat so he takes these. Any good nutritionist would make healthy meals a priority no matter how busy.

Items slow to arrive. Would not reply to my inquiry to a shipment that arrived after I cancelled my subscription. I thought I would give it a try because of the promises made by the company. I didn’t really see any benefits, so I canceled my subscription and future orders. I still have not heard from any representative to return that last shipment that arrived. I will steer anyone I know away from balance of nature.

This company is rude and has no consideration for their customers! I had been taking around 6 months. I had a surplus so I put October and November on hold. Then started back up in December. They took 2 payments out of my checking. long story short. First one person said sorry. We will refund. No refund. Then another said sorry. We sent 2 shipments. How dumb can you be! I had a surplus so now you want me two shipments so I’ll have another surplus. I’ve had 4 phone calls with nobody caring. I finally just canceled my subscription. They didn’t care. I don’t know if Dr Howard knows how we as loyal customers get treated but he better wake up.

Let me preface this with I'm a skeptic on most things.

After years of injuries sustained while in the army, my body got to the point that I had trouble getting out of bed in the mornings. I would literally have to lay in bed and move my feet and knees for several minutes just to be able to get up and walk without falling over, even then, I walked like a 90-year-old man. I'm 48. I would be able to walk fine after about 15 or 20 minutes.

I started taking BoN as opposed to the pain meds the VA wanted to give me and it has helped tremendously. Seriously, I get out of bed and get going much better now. It took a couple of weeks before I started seeing results and it wasn't sudden. I just got up one day and noticed I didn't hurt as much.

Now, I still have pain, but not nearly like it was before. While it is a bit pricey, I'll keep taking BoN. The cost is worth it to me. I'm excited to see where it gets me in another couple of weeks.

Cancelled my subscription, like many others, was billed the next month. called to rectify the situation and was given the runaround. Still trying to get my refund.

I was diagnosed with stage 4 Lung cancer in June 2022. I was given 6 ms without treatment and perhaps 1 yr with treatment. I always wanted to try the pills, so now it was my last chance to order them. I never wanted to do chemo, because I didn't want to extend my live living in pain. But since I'm German/US and my family is in Germany I needed to get some things done before my passing, I decided to try the chemo. The doctor recommended a radical chemo (3 at one time) for 4 times. I must say I had my last one 3 weeks ago and I'm still in otherwise good health. The results of another scan were positive. Of course, I can't be sure, but I believe it has a lot to do with the "Veggies and Fruits" I'm taking. I just turned 65 and still feeling good. Finally, I am able to visit my family in Germany.
The staff is very friendly, fast in shipping, overall, 5 Stars. Thank you, Balance of Nature, for helping me extend my live.

I have not become a customer as yet, but after reading the BBB complaints and customer reviews it is apparent that your customer service department has a lot to be desired, and is probably mismanaged. I have worked in a customer service position of some sort for over 50 years and I am appalled at what your customers have to say. Certainly doesn't make me want to be a customer.
Your prices are also too high.

I saw the advertisement and thought this may be a miracle drug because my health I’m in a wheelchair and such and my health is declining so fast since my husband died when I found was my blood pressure is extremely high now I went off Balance of nature for approximately 7 to 10 days and my blood pressure did start coming down I also felt pains in my stomach and I just did not feel well so I stopped the Balance of nature and I started feeling better but it took a while it took about 4 to 5 days before the Balance of nature started to wear off out of my system my blood pressure medication or some thing does not like the ingredients in Balance of nature it’s never been this high I took it again this morning my blood pressure was 128/65 later after I took the Balance of nature it went up into the high 160s for the systolic as an ex- military nurse I was very hopeful that this would help me perhaps I might be allergic to some of the ingredients that might be a possibility but the first time I took it it is very expensive and they charge me for some kind of health consult type scenario but when I tried to call I couldn’t get through the second time I thought OK I wanted to cancel so I canceled it but they still send it anyway and charge my credit card which being on fixed income and is a widow I couldn’t even pay my electric bill when I tried to return it they wouldn’t take it back the Third OK I’ll give this one final try and see if it was just me it just does not work for me personally my stomach hurts indigestion reflux and I haven’t had any of that before I started the product I was so hopeful there must be something that I might be allergic to I’m not sure but the rest of it I’ll just have to throw away because for me it doesn’t work

I used there their Balance of Nature and have used other products that I like better. My problem was with this company is that after I cancelled they started blowing up my email, one email after another minutes and a few hours apart day after day even after I tried to unsubscribe. I even felt that they are doing this because they are upset that I cancelled. Even worse then most spam.

There is a potential choking hazard that has been going on for approximately 6 months. This company went through rapid growth over the last year and a half, Balance of nature has poured most of their money into advertising and very little into quality control and customer service. Over the last 6 months I noticed hard pieces of a putty -like substance ranging in size of a marble down to a small Pea, which could constitute a choking hazard I know I've gagged on some of these pieces a few times. I will not use this product until I know what this compound is. Again this is been going on for 6 months I have pictures to show a handful of these contaminants found in the 1st half of the fiber and spice container. Last fall into this spring there was no customer support you could rarely receive your products and nobody seemed to care. I've left messages regarding this issue and they've never responded to any of my concerns. This used to be a good product although expensive. Apparently quality control is nonexistent. Use with caution.

I ordered it and I thought I was getting the one time discount. it did not get added at the end. then all I went throw to get the offer. After emailing, calling, then calling my bank to stop at that time double the order. I was done this this product!!!

I ordered as my first months order and it is 2 1/2 week and I still have not received them
