I m not surprised to read that this company is under investigation for false claims .
After seeing the non stop TV ads for this product that claimed you d get your daily needed fruit and veggie intake by taking this product , I did place an order
When placing the order I was told that the company asks that I eat many servings of fruit and vegetables daily At that point in the conversation I should have ended the call. Isn’t that the promise of taking these pills, that you get your needed intake of fruits and veggies ?
Foolishly I did place the order. And I did take the pills for several months. And I did nt feel any energy and well being improvements. At least I’m thankful I did nt get any negative troubles from the product

Doesn't do anything, didn't feel better, actually felt worse for spending that amount of money on leaf powder-like caplets. All the ads are really obnoxious and constant and I don't believe the ppl. This product does nothing, is full of nothingness, and costs a lot. Not sure why it is still on the market.

I gave it a good college try. Took these for a week and just couldn’t continue. Each pill is enormous and extremely difficult to swallow. They want you to swallow 6 of these things daily. Just not a pleasant experience on any level. Add to this the $90/month price tag and it’s just not worth it. I only purchased a one month supply and glad I didn’t sign on for the subscription deal. Whatever benefits I’m supposed to gain from this are totally lost in offset to the entire experience of using the product.

The product gave me a massive heart burn. After discovering it was the balance of nature, I call to cancel and stop the upcoming shipment. The shipped early and denied the refund request. Oh well deal with this company with Caution. I will dispute the charges on my cc.
Good product, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I like the product but the company just piles on product after product and does not provide satisfactory customer service. Automatic shipping is every 28 days but the supply in the bottles is 30, so they purposely overship by almost 10%, which is just for more profit, nobody uses 30 daily doses in 28 days. I admit I miss days so I have a backlog, asked to suspend service for two cycles so I could catch up, but the "system" only allows a suspension for a shorter period of time. To make up for it I was offered a "senior discount" of $10 per order which is very nice but I am 71 years old, been a customer for many years....why is this the first time I have heard of this discount, why can't I find it anywhere on the website. Apparently I have been paying $120 more per year than I would have to IF they made that discount apparent. The salesperson told me I had to ask for it. How do you ask for something that you do not know about? So good product, but horrible customer service.

I cancelled an order as soon as I saw it was going to be shipped. Customer service told me they would stop it. They did not and it shipped. They refused to take it back. I was told if I returned it they would apply a credit to my next order. I cancelled the entire subscription. There is no way they will give a refund. They overload you with their product. It makes no difference in my health!

I decided to try the fruit and veggie supplements. A few things shocked me. They don’t have a warning label on their products or in their commercials about the danger of the grapefruit in their fruit pills for people with kidney disease. I was expecting to want to surf, rock climb, and run a marathon, but non of that happened. After taking the fruit and veggie pills there was no boost of energy. It was the opposite. I had a huge rush like my energy drained from me and I felt very tired after taking the supplement. What balance of nature claims to be and do was not what I received from their supplements.
Update 12/19/2023 I 've Notified Jack the supervisor in charge a week or two ago that his company still has not credited my account back then and now this has been going on since 11/19/2023

I placed an Order on 11/19/2023, but the order was never shipped. I called to cancel the order from the sales Dept and the Customer dept. can not cancel an order. they transferred you to Returns, but the order was never shipped to this day, finally got a supervisor to call me back they won't let you speak to the returns dept or a supervisor they have to return your call request.
So this supervisor went to the return dept. to cancel my order and issue a credit, he then confirmed it was done and we hung up. Well, the next day I got a second charge on my credit card for 89.95 that is the first charge I was billed for the product that was never shipped and lost in their computer then they billed me again 89.95. Two billings of 89.95 for something they never shipped, I've been on the phone with them since 11/24/2023 and no one in sales or customer service can help at all they can not get a supervisor on the phone, can't issue a credit, can't cancel an order, and can't let you speak to returns...lol what the heck is wrong there? I got an email todat that they issued a credit for only one billing of 89.95 and no one there can help to get the second credit for the other billing of 89.95 they say one credit will pop up on my statement in 3-5 days in the mean time I have to send another email or voice mail to return dept to ask where the credit is for the second charge of 89.95 that I never approved.
Stay away fro this company do not deal with them.
I also found out that the Food and Drug Department and the USA FDA shut production down what's going on?

I was told 2 Credits were applied to my account on my CC, that was on 11/30/2023 for 89.95 each total was supposed to be 179.90 well it's 12/11/23 no credits applied they are lying I do not believe they applied any credits for the canceled order of 89.95 and the one that was fraus when I canceled that order and they were supposed to issue a credit for 89.95 they billed me again fraudulently, Do not deal with these people all I have received from them is lies and the runaround.

Still no Credit applied to my CitiCard account, I was told By Jacy at BON to call CitiBan and let the fix the problem I did and they can do nothing I was informed it is only Balance of Nature that has to call their bank and find out what the problem is, maybe it's lost in their computer system like my order was. I sent Jack an email for them to look into this no response. Below is what I sent to Jack at BON. that was on 12/11/23.
By now he said the credits were issued on 11/28/23 and 1129/23 both for 89.95 one for the canceled order and one that never should have been billed to me a second time for something that was canceled and should have been a credit.
At this point, I am wondering if everyone at BON is Lying to me????? I need answers and for someone there to refund the money 170.90 to my CitiCard but no one will help and I was told I'd have to solve this problem on my own by Jack

CitiBank can not check on credits that they never received, they said you have to contact your company bank to get an answer about where or what they did with those 2 credits which CitiBank says should have been posted to my account by 12/4/23 at the latest. Is BON's bank having problems losing credits like BON had losing orders in your computer system?

There is nothing I can do or CitiBank can do, only your company can inquire at their bank what the heck is going on.

I have filed Fraud reports with CitiBank because no credits have ever been sent to my account since 11/28/2023 Balance of Nature has had enough time to complete the two 89.95 credits they owe me.

Balance of Nature still has not sent the 2, 89.95 credits to my Citi. CitiCard has had to issue the credits because BON never sent the Credits I placed a Fraud Dispute with CitiBank they found it in my Favor and refunded me the money by charging it back to BON account.
Trustpilot has verified this as this post is marked verified, that Balance of Nature tried to keep 179.95 of my money and never shipped any product and I only ordered 1 item for 89.95 but they billed me 2 times and never shipped anything.

Canadian customers beware. Find a local product if possible.
Canadian customers need to be aware that the total cost of the product each month is not $69 USD but over $120 CAD. Because this is classed as a supplement, not a food alternative, the GST and a handling charge are added at the border, a 25% surcharge. CanadaPost will require about $23 for you to get your order. This is a recent issue as until August 2023 there was no surcharge.
Remember, BoN does not offer refunds after your first order so make sure you know the cost and if you ask them to cancel or hold, make sure they do.

I was a loyal customer for about 3 years. I recently (June 2023) put my deliveries on hold because I would be away until October. I had a 4 month supply on hand because I had double ordered for awhile to build up my supply. I went on line and suspended my delivery for the maximum time allowed which was around the end of September. On October 13th I hadn't received any delivery, went into my account and found it had been suspended. I contacted customer service to find out why my account was suspended, explained that I wanted to start up deliveries again. The customer service agent was very nice but said because he was a new employee he would have to check with someone higher and would get back to me. About 3 hours later he got back to me and stated that I would need to open a new account as a new customer and pay the $25 fee again to receive the discount for recurring shipments. He said that an email was sent to me and that because I didn't respond by the date (October 4 I believe) my account was permanently suspended. I said I'm looking at my account on line now and it shows a suspended status and also indicates I was a loyal customer since 2020. I also went back and looked at my emails and I couldn't find anything from Balance of Nature. He said he was sorry but that is their policy. I suggest staying away from this company. Oh, by the way, I didn't experience any of the "feel better" "I have more energy" stuff you hear in their advertising. I am 70, in good health, golf 3 or 4 times a week, bowl, and ride my bike often. I was taking this stuff as a supplement and preventative measure but not any longer. If this is how they treat their customers I don't want any part of them.
