I have been with Autoaidbreakdown for many years and have had to call for their help on several occasions. The service has been prompt and excellent on every occasion. As they work with local mechanics I have never experienced the hours long waits that either my family or me have experienced with well-known national organisations. And cheaper. Originally recommended to me by MoneySavingExpert, and still recommended, I fully endorse that recommendation.

​I purchased a breakdown policy scheduled to start weeks later, and I cancelled it well in advance before it even commenced. Despite the policy never being active and being within the cooling-off period, AutoAid/RCIB refused to issue a refund for the upfront charges, hiding behind unfair terms and conditions. They take your money for a service that hasn't even started and keep it. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. Avoid!

Just beginning the second year of my contract and although I've not yet needed to avail myself of their breakdown support I have been impressed with the good communication from the company. Likewise their price is highly competitive. Comsequently I am optimistic that my impression will be reflected in their action should I need the breakdown service.

Autoaid offer great service at a reasonable price. They are easy to deal with and flexible in their products, for example, covering older cars for a modest additional fee.

Very easy to use . Straightforward options

Tyre shredded on motorway. Recovery to nearest service station was quick and efficient but Autoaid required me to search for the replacement tyre. Traffic noise meant it was impossible to hear at the roadside. Finding a replacement was time consuming and difficult as we did not know the area. A mobile breakdown tyre service was charging an exorbitant price. It was unpleasant and stressful. If you're a breakdown service I would expect you to at least give me details of local tyre suppliers. Not happy.
