Recently, I lost my Samsung Galaxy S21 that I had bought from CeX/Webuy. I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S20 from them and received it recently. I have also bought 2 Chromebooks from them. I am very satisfied with their products.

This was my first time buying from CeX, and my item was actually in better shape than I thought it would be. It has its original packaging and nothing more than a few scuffs. Functionally it’s perfect. The shipping was on time, the price was alright, the product itself is great so far; pretty happy with the whole experience!

Ordered a pair of Sony headphones and…
Ordered a pair of Sony headphones and they had a fault, the return freight and refund were processed swiftly. Another identical pair was available from one of their other stores so I ordered it and no issues with this one. The email chats and correspondence were excellent and I was informed ever step of the way from ordering to delivery

Felt somewhat risky but all turned out great
It was a great and accurate delivery schedule. Exactly what was described and advertised. I asked for support in confirming the quality level online but they were unable to assist so it did feel like a slight risk
