Great service
Reasonably priced, friendly staff and my skip arrived on the same day I ordered it. Lee the driver was helpful and professional. Have hired from these guys several times, would highly recommend.

Everything you could need from a skip company
I’m a kitchen fitter and I’ve regularly had skips from ATS over a number of years. I’m pleased to say that I’ve had no problems at all. Always answer the phone, friendly service, helpful drivers and competitive rates. What more could you ask for.

5 star service, every time!
I have used ATS Skips on multiple occasions. They are good value, punctual and safe are always very professional. Their online booking system is very easy to use and the skips arrive when they say they will. I wouldn’t use any other company for skip hire. Always 5 star service!

We won’t be using ATS skip hire again
We won’t be using ATS skip hire again. We booked the skip to arrive on a Friday and be collected the following Tuesday as unlike other skip providers they give you an option as to when you would like to have the skip picked up. The skip was delivered on the Friday the driver decided to reverse his truck onto our neighbours drive in order to manoeuvre the skip into position on our drive. My husband showed him an alternative spot on our shared drive way that would be easier. The driver said no it will be fine there. Tuesday arrived and no sign of the skip being picked up. I rang the office and was told that the skip would be picked up in the next few days. I said that I would like the skip picked up as soon as possible due to shortage of parking. I was told that the skip would be picked up either the next day or the day after that. The skip was not picked up until the Saturday morning at 08:40. It was cringe worthy as I had to go and ask my neighbour opposite if he would move his car off of his drive in order for the truck to reverse ! Good job we are on good terms with our neighbour. Really not at all acceptable. I have now changed my review of this company to a 1 star ofter being called a liar. Shame I can’t add my ring doorbell footage to show what actually took place.

Firstly thankyou for taking your time to leave a review, all feedback good or bad is always welcomed as it helps us improve our services.
I do however believe its very important when taking the time to leave a review that you ensure what your writing is factually correct and accurate as to not paint a one sided negative picture. Therefore think it would be a good opportunity for me to fill in the gaps you decided to leave out in order to have a little rant online about us.
Firstly When ordering a skip online it clearly states
"Unless otherwise stated upon booking, it may take a few working days to collect due to an Eco friendly route planning schedule. If you’re collection is time critical please contact the office to arrange"
This basically means that when you book a collection date (ie: Tuesday) it may take a few days to get to you.
Funny you missed the part where we attempted twice to collect the skip this week but was unable to, due to cars being parked in the way.
On viewing the CCTV from the vehicle he had no option but to use your neighbours drive in order to place the skip down on your drive. If your husband did show him an alternative spot, it was only once the skip had been already dropped off. If this was an issue it was never communicated to our office, otherwise we could have arranged to have it moved for you. As unfortunate as asking your neighbour to move his car is, I think what's more cringeworthy is your deceitful & mendacious review.

Another OUTSTANDING service
Another OUTSTANDING service from start to finish. Phoned to order a bag and it was delivered within the hour. I couldn't recommend them highly enough. I've used a few skip company's in Colchester over the years and they've been good, however ATS mini skips are head and shoulders above those I've used previously.

We have been using ATS Skips for over a year now and can not fault them, from the office staff through to their drivers the service is excellent.
