Hired a skip for 7 days
Hired a skip for 7 days, collected, without my knowledge, after 4.
Spoke to the most aggressive, rude and totally unprofessional woman who told me, basically "tough",and nothing would be done, and no refund issued.
I told her the skip was to clear my recently deceased mothers house, bit she just wasn't interested. A wholly disgusting person!!!
I have found dealing with this bunch of cowboys very distressing

Although miss communication can happen and not everything life can always be perfect there are always three sides to the story (Theirs, yours and the truth) so here’s ours for anyone that wishes to read the follow up from this…Your husband called us at 07:45am this morning, Not you? So I’m not sure how you would know what her tone was like, but hey we continue…Calling us with an aggressive tone screaming you are going to call the police first thing on a Monday morning without any form of explanation will never be met with a polite tone at the end of the phone - What you put out in this world you will receive. An order Confirmation explaining your hire period has been sent to you. You also confirmed you had received a text message warning you we are on our way to collect so I’m not sure why you or your husband hadn’t popped out when the driver was there and explained the situation and that you hadn’t finished with it and you needed it longer? At this point he would of called the office and we would of more than happily accommodated as you can have our skips up to 3 weeks max. All Booking lengths are discussed at the point of booking so we are confused as to why you are shocked your skip was collected when this was explained and also confirmed with emails and text messages? Sorry to hear about your Mothers passing again though, We didn’t speak to you this morning, we spoke to your husband…There was never an explanation of why you needed the skip just a torrent of abuse on how we are trespassing to collect our property that you hired even though you agreed lead times along with the terms and conditions…The office couldn’t get a word in edge ways. If your husband had called and just explained that you wasn’t done with it in a human manner we would have been more than happy to of collected your left over items you needed as these things happen and when you are going through a distressing time. I’m sure you might of forgotten the dates you had agreed to as these aren’t the top of your priority list right now given your situation…No one was rude to your husband, I would say quite the opposite…Our staff are human beings, not just voices at the end off the phone to be belittled or used like a verbal punch bags for you to vent your stresses out an as in your review you are clearing going through a lot and need someone to off load on. we might be a skip firm but we have big hearts and help the community where we can. I will not have my staff reduced to tears by customers who think shouting at them will get them any where in life, so yes our ‘just a receptionist’ that you had no respect for found the whole phone call of abuse wholly distressing also along with the second one she got a couple of hours later. Please be kind, you never know what the person at the end of the phone is dealing with either. If your husband wishes to have the rest of his items collected, please feel free to get him to give us a call in a kinder tone and will do this for you but again we couldn’t even fix the problem or communicate what we could do for your situation, We couldn’t get a word in. Nor was a refund asked for – I’m not sure why you would warrant one when you have all the confirmation you need? And after the Abuse we got I'm not sure why we should help people that also have such disregard for us.
McDonald’s will mess your order up every time you visit, yet you'll still go back the next month for another order. A small business with go above and beyond to keep all of their customers happy and when the customer makes a mistake they scold them for life – Be kind.

Friendly & helpful!
Lee was friendly and helpful and took time to talk to me in regards to where we wanted the skip and if I wanted to put anything down underneath to protect our driveway. My son was also fascinated by the truck and skip and Lee took time out of his day to talk to him and show him around the truck (which my son loved!) we will definitely use ATS again

You tried to remove my review from trust pilot- denying the purchase ever took place and I had to verify my purchase! How low is that??
Quick to take your money and deliver the skip but collection is a different kettle of fish. You are then left with the skip and an unhelpful receptionist who talks over you and puts the phone down on you when you ask when the skip will be collected! Wont confirm how many mire days it will be and asks you to keep ringing back!!
Review Update- My review on their website seems to have disappeared and they then tried on trust pilot as well. FYI she put the phone down more than twice and DID talk over me and refused to confirm how many days for collection. I was simply told you’ll have to call back! I asked after calling back like she asked me to and then asked what time the skip will be collected as Im travelling and need to give taxi company a time. Be decent enough to be truthful!!
Rang on Saturday and back again on Thursday as skip on drive now been blown by wind and having people going through content of skip. Informed ATS we were travelling and wanted to know when skip will be collected as now a security hazard.
Just be careful if you hire from them as they were quick to collect the large skip even when we asked for an extension ( they probably don't have lots of it) but very reluctant to collect the smaller one as they probably have lots of that size.
I have given a honest review of my dealings with this company and they obviously don't like it🤣🤣
The response show you who and how they truly treat customers. It makes me wonder wether other reviews are genuine!!!

After receiving your review, I have listened to the multiple phone recordings between yourself and our staff member. It was very clear to hear that in a very calm and polite manor she has repeated everything that is sent to you in your order confirmation. At no point is her voice raised or is she rude in any way.
Yes, your correct. She did hang up on you twice after repeatedly asking you to stop shouting and insulting her. she didn't talk over you, she didn't get a chance! I'm sorry that you didn't think to read the order confirmation that was sent to you, unfortunately its not our problem if you can't be bothered to read it or listen to our staff when they're trying to explain something to you.
Our staff are not here to take verbal abuse from any member of the public. They aren’t just voices on the phone that you can take your frustrations out on. Skip hire length and collection times are all explained at the point of booking and then sent in your Order Confirmation that again I can see you have had but were clearly to busy spouting your mouth off at my team to read it or listen to them.
Just to clarify for others reading this, the skip was off hired on a Saturday and was explained that it would take a few days for us to collect the skip. Customer then calls Thursday at around 3pm demanding the skip is removed within the hour otherwise she will give us a 1 star Trustpilot review..
What a coincidence, here appears a 1 star Trustpilot review.
Very helpful and efficient skip company
I had several skips from ATS over the last few months as I prepared to sell and move out. The final one went the day before I did! The service provided was always efficient and timely and they were extremely good at placing the skip on the drive so that we could still use it. It was very clear what could and could not be taken and they offered the extra service of taking additional items for a small charge which was a useful thing to know.

Great company .
Great company .. I received my skip a day late as the poor chap who was delivering it was stuck somewhere with a puncture … but I was made aware of this promptly. The skip was delivered the following day which wasn’t a problem at all and I would thoroughly recommend ATS to my family and friends.

Great experience
Great experience. I convinced myself I ordered a skip for the Monday morning, which I in fact hadn’t. Phoned the office who couldn’t be more helpful who got one delivered to me that day.
Lee delivered it, was great with the kids letting them watch him out the skip exactly where is needed it.

Friendly helpful skip hire
I called the office to order a skip Stacey was very polite and helpful.
I was a fussy customer as I needed the skip in a certain place so I could still charge my car she said would not be a problem.
When the driver turned up which
was on time he was happy to get the skip where I needed.
Next day i ordered a second skip but bigger again Stacey was happy to help and the second driver was just as helpful as the first.
