ATS Mini Skips 

Skip turned up on time and booked for collection 2 days ago. Rang office, to ask for it to be collected asap, to be ‘reminded’ and spoken over by an obnoxious, rude woman, that I should have read the ts and cs and that they’ll collect it when there in the areas and that they don’t guarantee a collection day, despite asking when to collect in at the original booking.
Do yourself a favour use another firm, this mob know nothing of customer service.

Dear ATS mini skips. i am writing this because there is a skip still in my back garden and it is now getting on to a month since it was meant to be picked. The skip was dropped on 30th September 2024 and was meant to be picked up on the 7th October 2024 but has not been collected and it is now 24th October 2024 when are you picking it up this is not fair. my grass needs cutting and 100% the skip has killed the grass under it now.

PS I was not the one who booked or paid for the skip it was my next door neighbor Rick. But The skip is in my garden. please have someone come pick it up asap. regard's Luke

We have had 3 skips in the last 3 weeks and we cannot fault ATS at all. From the office staff to the guys that deliver and pick up the skips. We have used ATS on numerous occasions and have never had any problems. Wouldn’t use anyone else and would recommend 100%

We were very disappointed with the lack of communication from the office. We booked a 4 yard skip which was delivered as arranged. Having it removed from our drive was more difficult. The lorry needed to have an MOT which is quite understandable but this meant it was not available to remove the skip. This information could so easily have been given to us and we could have arranged an alternative date to have the skip in the first place. We had to phone the company for updates on removal date. The drivers were fine and the skip was a skip!! It would be so easy to improve customer communication by telling us that the skip could not be picked up for a fortnight.

Last year I gave up because many wrong things
Like asking my clients for money as long we had a written notice to give me a call before getting to the address as I need to be there as long we had a comun agreement to pay cash.

Cash payments was very rare ,even on this situation such a nonsense (I’ll suggest to train their drivers better) as the call never comes thought ,just appear to the address and fist thing was ,the payment please addressing to my client!

Piking up the skip so late since I made the call telling that is Ready to go : 5 working days ,I know but not 20 days ! guys 😨
My Clint is so upset paying the fine of parking the car in the road because them car park is busy with the company skip ,seriously!!!

This is not about me personally its all about how my client seeing all this and it’s hard for them to recommend me ,so frustrating coming up unfortunately for me as my work been great but everything has been distracting and disappointed just because of this unfair situation. I usually not happy to leave such a review ,unfortunately I had to .

I have had three skips over the past month or so and every time the drivers and staff I spoke to on the phone couldn't have been more helpful. Am very happy to recommend.

Lee and the team at ATS lifted a weight off our shoulders when they cleared the waste from our bathroom demolition, which had been collecting for months around our home.

They made something that was a really stressful process for us, super easy and wow what an amazing job he did!

Lee made light work of all our rubbish, and kept chipper even in the rain! He cleared and tidied up after too which was an unexpected bonus! Great price, super helpful and available the next day in our case!

Got a rubbish clearance from ATS and it was over half the price from everyone that I got quoted . They took one load and came back for the last few bits with no extra costs and raked the grass and swept leaving front garden spotless . Definitely use again would 100% recommend

When I called to order my skip, the lady who answered was helpful and the skip arrived as scheduled. I did have to call a couple of times to get it colletced, but its Christmas week so I do understand they are very busy. The gentleman who collected my skip was LEE, he was very helpful and polite even though he was soaked, as it has rained all day. He put some rubbish into the skip that had come out and broke down a plastic panel for me as it should not have been sticking out. Thank you LEE for your help and being friendly and polite. I will certainly use ATS for any furture skips i may need

From the time of making the initial call for a quote to the time of collection I cannot fault this Company. Stacey and Imogen in the office are very friendly, professional and willing to listen and help with your request.
When I asked to keep the skip for one more week as my husband had been ill there was no quibble. Lee had actually arrived to collect the skip and his friendly happy demeanour was so rewarding when I explained that we would like to keep it for one more week. He immediately rang the office to advise and as I say there was no problem with this. I have no hesitation with this Company and would highly recommend. A well deserved 5 *

Very helpful and friendly company from ordering to delivery. Lee called us to let us know he was on his way. Put the skip exactly where we wanted it and helped us put a heavy cast iron garden roller in it. Would have struggled without him.
