Scam service! I paid for VPS rent for 3 months, the money was not credited to the balance, the support does not respond, and they also ignore the mail. I do not recommend anyone to use this service

Sagnik was really friendly.

I bought a server and the performance was not what I expected and kindly requested a partial refund it was barely over 48 hours for the refund policy. I was asked the typical any errors question and replied with why the performance was not good enough for my needs. I have been waiting 5 days for a reply and the ticket auto closed then I replied to it and now waited 2 days for another reply. I just closed the ticket and cancelled my service myself and will no longer use them.

Update: They refunded the purchase after seeing the review and explained why there was a delay. I understand the delay it was handled by a different department which should been told that there would be a waiting time for someone to help with billing.

This is a great hosting service, but it would be better if the slot limit on free servers was increased to 12-14 players. And inactive free servers (eg down for about 1 month) were completely deactivated and taken away from that customer so that others could buy it (for $0.00) and use it, keeping it active. 😉

Bought 1 bare metal during blackfriday, but they ran out. Quickly offered me an alternative of equal value.
Bmc interface is simple but functional. Machine spec'd as advertised, works correctly, no complaints so far!

Unfortunately, it looks like this service is just like the other low tier providers, probably worse. They will trick new customers with adequate support, then it all goes down the toilet. I've been having severe packet loss on my business server the last 4 days. ZERO response from their support team, with 2 critical tickets opened. WOW. Canceled my service immediately. HORRIBLE customer service. If you want your servers to be unusable and with no response from support, this is the service for you!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Over the past 10 years, I've struggled with entry- and mid-level VPS providers. Downtime, data loss, and poor support response times were constant issues. Every few years, I'd spend days researching and testing new servers to meet my needs.

I discovered Atomic Networks. Their servers are not only twice as fast as any others I've tried (in every metric), but their support seems great (special thanks to Sagnik!)

Charging my card after I told them not to, can't cancel my supporter and now they are charging me monthly for something I can't stop. Had to contact my bank, absolutely ridiculous.

One of the worst providers I have ever purchased from. The server I purchased had major latency issues. Opened a support ticket and as of writing this the ticket still hasn’t even been replied to once. 3 days and counting on a reply to a support ticket.

Avoid at all costs. Spend your money somewhere else that actually cares.

I purchased a dedicated server and opened a support ticket shortly afterward asking a basic question and my ticket went 2 days completely unanswered even though the company advertises 24/7/365 support.

I responded to the ticket, but still received no response. It is unfortunate because their pricing is good and the checkout/provisioning experience was good, but clearly support is lacking.
