These guys were very professional and polite, and it was evident that they knew what they were doing! They worked diligently to provide us with dependable internet service which we certainly needed.

My husband was very impressed with their workmanship. He took me outside and complimented the neatness of that part of the installation.

We definitely recommend them to anyone seeking their services!

First it was legit then it basically dead pooled but now was bought under spark hosting. I used them for a while as my hosting company was using them they had great support the first half then it slowly went down hill the owner started live streaming going nuts and had a complete meltdown then the company was sold to spark. Spark however didn't transition properly IMO no dedi's where moved. VPS location where changed almost everything got changed without refunds essentially scamming people so just be warned about that. i haven't used after that nor plan to especially with how they ended things.

Atomic Networks was great, I don't know what brought it to this state.
- servers not operational at all;
- barely any support (only if you are lucky)

Just look for some other hosting website.

No communication after 4 days of downtime. I fear my data is gone forever. No updates on a major outage for Chicago servers starting on Dec 8, 2025. It's now Dec 12 and still no updates on them even attempting to diagnose the issue. Radio silence. Even their ticket page is down. Just feels like I got scammed and will never get my data back.

Their daemon consistently fails to even load, always somehow coming up short handed and erroring. Causes development to become exceedingly slow.

While it's free, it's almost worth to skip over and pay $5 for something that might genuinely work somewhere else

We once were a customer of Atomic for a few months. Then they lost their DDOS protection and our server went offline. After 5 days of being berated about our gaming server being offline and nothing being done we demanded our money back. Would never hire this company again. Worst customer service I have ever encountered!

I got Atomic Network recommended by another user. So i tried it out and bought it with a coupon that makes the first month free.

Then the first issue happened, payment declined i thought it is fixing itself after a day no got an overdue invoice email. Opened ticket stating my issue. Waited 5 days on any response. Went on the discord, waited 3 more days, pinged the always online owner and support, after 2 days still nothing. Another user said they abandoned the support 3 weeks ago. Waiting 2 days more the owner responded and activated my account. My first action: requesting cancelation (thats the reason why 1 star is still there )

I have been utilizing their services for around 2 years now, there have been significant downtimes that offset my development projects. They've gotten better lately, but the support is terrible; the support team doesn't really respond to tickets and do not complete them in a timely manner.

I didn't get my included Web Package with my service, I am never returning to this service provider. I suggest anyone who wants 24/7 uptime, no latency issues or panel in-accessibility issues - keep searching for another host.

I wanted to love this, but there were many issues with the server container, and I had to contact support multiple times. I may return, but for now, I have moved on to another service.

Didn't even let me login to the server panel, would not recommend buying

The server is good, but I still have not heard any word from customer service. Trying to still pay this invoice and have not heard back in many days.

I openned 2 tickets. Wrote messages to make the ticket stay open. Its been 10 days. They did not answer my tickets. It says i have a 0$ invoice. and i cant pay because no buttons, anything. And i dont have my server. Worst hosting ever.

Terrible service

Bad systems, bad support. I bought a bare server and it never got proccessed.

This was my first time ever purchasing a server for anything. I had a profoundly negative time. Everything was so unbelievably unintuitive and took hours just to figure out how to do. What I would have suspected is the simplest of things like changing a game mode. I also used a promo code to get a free month and have been consistently harassed with emails about missed invoices for $0.0. that's crazy! And after using the promo code for a full free month, it wouldn't activate the server. So I had to then pay an additional $5 just so I could run a simple server for a single night of gaming that never ended up happening because we couldn't figure it out. Profoundly disappointed. I also cannot figure out how to cancel my subscription. I have done everything I can. I am so frustrated. I have put so much time and effort into this to just be seething in anger at the end. This has ruined multiple of my days. Thank you!

I have a server, the support is very lazy. There was a problem with access to the port, but they fixed it today or yesterday, I've been waiting since March 25.
With such support I wouldn't trust buying anything here. Even though it's more stable here
