ramnode spews phishing emails on a routine basis to an email that has complained to them about this over two dozen times. as others have reported they are a long proven internet danger that must never be trusted.

Get illegal criminal spam every day from ramnode servers. They will contest this, and because I am not a customer, trustpilot rolls over, but I am a citizen, and ramnode takes money from criminals and effects illegal spam. We are contacting the FBI. Anough is enough.

ramnode took seconds to flag my review and in the meantime has effected criminal spam yet again, second time today. trustpilot lets ramnode off the hook but I have reported them to places that will not. do not stand for this. read ramnode reviews on reddit. they are known bad actors.

Been with ramnode for several years now. I've had very good support from them over the years and they generally reply within a few minutes. They even helped recover my server when it ran out of disk space and corrupted during kernel update where it would not boot up any longer. Generally they go above and beyond what what is generally standard for hosting companies. Generally hosts are slow to reply, useless with support, takes ages to get anything done, to the point of giving up. I had no such issues with ramnode. They actually seem to want to give good support and care about what they are doing,and actually know what they are doing!! which is pretty rare in today's world. They may not be the cheapest out there, but paying a bit more the decent support is certainly worthwhile in my book.

I just wanted to share my recent experience with RamNode. I had a bit of an issue with my account and billing, and some charges were taken off my credit card in error. I was more than a little bit annoyed and decided to log a support ticket. To my surprise, I received a reply almost instantly and I was blown away by their response.

There was no back and forth or hassle, they just refunded the charges immediately. I was so impressed by their service and the way they handled the situation. It was a really positive experience and it's made me a lifetime customer. I can't recommend RamNode enough for anyone looking for a reliable and efficient hosting service. They're the real deal!

I've been using Ramnode for over 5 years, and I've personally never once experienced downtime that wasn't a direct result of something dumb I've done, and every time I've messed myself up, being a linux non-professional, they've been more than courteous and kind toward me and have guided me toward a solution every time! I would highly recommend Ramnode to any size business or personal use.

On July 5 2022 I was reviewing ramnode based on my personal experience and I gave them 3 stars on trustpilot. I have been their reseller hosting clients for several years.

In fact, so far ramnode is the only foreign hosting company that I still use for years!

On first year their server works ok, no issue, then I started to had server down for several time several hours.

They explained the situation to me and ok I could except it, but sometime the server seems had heavy load and down again.

After I wrote my experience on trustpilot their team contacted me, Vanessa is her name, and offered me resolutions.

They gave me 3 months free credit, and not only that, they also offered me to move my service to a new server.

And you know what!? They really did it! They gave me 3 months credits and then after wait for few weeks their staff, his name is George help me a lot by moving my reseller hosting to a new server! And today August 25 2022 everything has been done perfectly!

This is my first time I experienced a very good service from foreign hosting provider. Although ramnode reseller hosting price is now around 12 USD but their service and responsibilities make me still want to use their service in the future! Their reseller account price is still make sense, not too expensive still affordable.

I would like to say many thank you to ramnode team, especially George, he's the man!

Awful company. They took money out of my bank for almost 2 years for a a vps account I cancelled years ago. And blamed me when the cancellation did not go through.

Do not recommend! It is simply a joke. Outdated VPS image with no option to disable ipv6, poor admin console. A waste of money and time, where most IPs are banned worldwide. Also, no refunds three days after purchase.

Rarely have I had to submit a ticket, but when I do, they are very prompt to respond, even on a holiday like Christmas! Excellent support and service.

WARNING WARNING WARNING
First: I registered even with providing and verifying my phone number. Very unusual.
Second: 10 days after having registered on their site, without doing anything on it, they bill me USD 3 for a "cloud account". I feel duped.

Been hosting with RamNode for many years now and I am very happy customer, the time there were normal issues, they were handled timely and properly. The customer service replies do not seem condescending and canned, the reps provide proper replies for which I am very grateful.

I've been with RamNode since the beginning of 2015 and rarely experienced any issues that weren't my own fault. The servers are fast and reliable, and the support team is amazing. Thank you RamNode for being my go-to server host for all these years!

It's just been a whole year since I became a RamNode customer. I've experienced no major issues and I'm happy to meet with our staffs. I have a storage VPS plan, IO speed is great (normally 450+MB/s, max can be 800-900MB/s) and internet speed is superb (max 940Mbps). Thanks a lot for all the quick ticket responses! I truly hope RamNode will continue to do better in the future.

I've been using RamNode for virtual server hosting for a few years now and they are always extremely helpful when I have questions or need support. My servers are always available and running without fail.

After using the service for a week, they want a an ID to pass a fraud check.
I paid using bitcoin, how exactly would I commit fraud if I paid in advance??

Also, there's no way I'm going to send you an ID for a VPS. I'd rather go to another service provider who respects my privacy.

First problem was having our site pointing to Ramnode from GoDaddy - Sean P. was instrumental in getting me the right information in a timely manner to get GoDaddy to redirect us, as this was impacting our email services.

Second problem was getting the emails to work, again Sean P. was diligent in getting me right information without going in circles or having to give a long drawn out explanation - it was as if he was able to read my mind and what I was going to say next. He gave me options and alternatives for future needs.

Over the last 2 weeks, dealing with countless of techs from Ramnode and GoDaddy, it was refreshing to get someone like Sean P. to help efficiently and effectively. I am forever grateful, he made me look smart and a problem-solver to my boss! Thank you!
