My elderly mother had a new bathroom…
My elderly mother had a new bathroom installed. All the team gave brilliant service from sales, surveyor Doug, fitter Fraser, and Sharon at the main office for direct contact/support.
Fraser would go the extra mile to make the bathroom fit be suitable to my mother's needs and Sharon would always call us regularly to make sure we were all happy as the installation was progressing.
A really personal feel to the approach that all the team made, would definitely recommend the company to friends/family. Thank you All.

Complete Renovation
I have recently had them renovated my bathroom, and now I have used it for a few weeks, feel it is the right time to submit my opinion. From Sharon keeping in touch during installation, the surveyor Doug, and the installer John who had to compete with the very hot weather, my welfare and house was treated with respect.

Awful experience
A whopping £15,000. My elderly parents are left with a shower that doesn’t drain, resulting in water overlapping, and a toilet that doesn’t flush properly, leaving a bowl full of soggy tissue paper. We are also missing the medicine cabinet and toilet roll holder! Several fitters have been out to inspect. An attempted fix for the shower was to glue a trim round the edge to stop the overlap. An adjustment to the toilet flush resulted in a flooded bathroom at 2am. One fitter told them they are using the ‘wrong’ toilet paper!! Numerous further complaints about the toilet and shower have resulted in visits from various fitters, surveyors etc. who all promise to ‘feed back’ to the office and get it resolved. That’s where the communications stops! They DO NOT get back to you. Parents are devastated at the money spent and I am about to escalate this complaint and see that there is some resolution. I will seek advice and do what I have to do to get my parents the goods and service they paid for.

Darren visited this afternoon to give me a quotation to future proof my shower enclosure. He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the various products. Unfortunately the cost was far more than I anticipated although I understand why! At the moment I’m processing my options.

Fantastic company and service
From booking online, to the site visit, went through everything with samples and options available.
Then the surveyor Alan, did a great job going through all the options again and coming with other suggestions for safety, it was very relaxed and caring.
Tim the fitter was brilliant, explained everything he was doing, what actually worked and what was needed and not needed, again very caring in the environment, friendly, chatty, and throughout the whole process was Rachel ringing to check we were satisfied with all the work going on, and checking there were no issues.
Fantastic service, superb team, would highly recommend.

No more bathroom struggles
From the first contact with the customer service team to arrange a visit right trough the instillation of the bathroom, we received a quality service . Sharon from customer service kept in touch throughout checking at each stage we were happy. Andrew the sales rep making sure I was able to have what I wanted in my bathroom and Steve the surveyor taking time to explain what was possible, everyone put us first.
When it can to the fitting what can I say about Alex, a person who took pride in the work he did, arrived on time and worked throughout the day keeping us informed and up to date at each stage of fitting. Each evening he left the hall and landing clean and tidy.
I would no hesitation in recommending Assistive Bathing to anyone who has a disability or anyone caring for a disabled family member. For us this has been a very positive experience.

Fantastic Bathroom
From the first meeting to the bathroom being finished the staff at Assisted Bathing was very good and helpful. Sharon who is a lovely lady phoned me regularly to make sure everything was going well. George the fitter was great. He worked hard and was very efficient and tidy. Eddie the surveyor was very helpful and friendly too. My mum is very happy with her bathroom and is enjoying it very much. Would highly recommend.

Good service from start to finish
Rebecca, our Designer was excellent. She knew her stuff! We did not feel forced into making a choice we would not be happy with but she certainly had an eye for what would best suit. Our Surveyor, Eddie cleared up all concerns we had about working round the awkward position of our window and other more minor matters. The Installer, Darren, was extremely hard working and cheerful and was able to give advice on the best position for items such as grab rails. Rachel kept in regular contact throughout the installation to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and we also had an after installation visit from Steve to make sure everything was OK.

The overall experience was very…
The overall experience was very satisfying from initial consultation. Steve the fitter was clean and very experienced shared is knowledge and made the whole process very easy. I was surprised to see it was just him as it looked like a lot of work for one person but he cracked on and finished ahead of schedule. Overall it was a very positive experience we now have confidence that my mum can enjoy her life in a safe bathing area.

When the experience is great because of the people!
Although we had a really positive experience from the first call from assisted bathing. The difference that made the experience just as good as it was, was the person who did the install.
Warren was so good. He was professional, quick, explained everything really well (so even my mum understood it). The standard of his work was exemplary. He went over and above to make sure that we had the best experience we could.
We had calls throughout the install from the office checking all was OK, which gave piece of mind.
Was it the cheapest option we could have gone for. Definitely not. But are we really happy with the finished product, absolutely 💯
