Deliver the item when you receive it not 18 days later. Don’t keep rescheduling 3 times. Don’t give a delivery slot of 6 - 7.:30 am knowing full well you won’t be there til later. Then your driver implied that I was lying and that I was never given such an early delivery slot. Don’t send one member of staff to deliver a king size mattress on his own. Then standing laughing while me (bad back and knees) and my daughter (8 months pregnant) had to drag the mattress into the house. Apparently your delivery service doesn’t include putting the mattress in a downstairs bedroom because we didn’t pay for ‘assembly’! Appalling service and attitude.

Great experience except when our item was unexpected delivered on a Sunday morning!
After that I can’t fault the communication nor the friendliness of the delivery driver. My product arrived in perfect condition. Great job👍

First class service from all but especially the two delivery guys. We were kept informed before and during delivery and even though I have a slightly awkward address the delivery instructions I passed over were followed without hesitation. The two men were brilliant,we didn’t have to do anything. They bought our furniture to were it was going, unwrapped it and took away all packaging. They were friendly and quick.

Excellent experience. The guys were kind, thoughtful and polite. They got the sofa assembled in no time and took away all the packaging. Perfect.

The two guys where brilliant we didnt have to do a thing. Took shoes off and removed all packaging after checking the sofa where exactly were we wanted.

Avoid avoid avoid at all cost.... these people don't care abt damage. And took over 2 weeks to deliver a mattress! Which was stood in their own warehouse, according to Amc furniture... then brought the wrong matress twice 3 attempts to get the right one

Great delivery service. Was kept fully informed, from them collecting the item from the store, to delivering it.
They gave me a delivery ‘window’ then rang me when they were ten minutes away.

Great communication throughout. Vado and the other chap that delivered were friendly and very careful. The sofa wouldnt fit through the room door so they hung about whilst i got someone to take the window. Thanks for being so paitent. Excellent job would recommend.

Love tracking kept us up to date with expected delivery time. When they arrived, Paulo and Silvio (not sure of spelling!) were fantastic. Polite and friendly. Worked quickly but with great care to deliver our sofas. Both were a credit to the company.
