Driver and mate were courteous and took care with my bed, kept up to date with delivery was called 30 minutes before delivery to check if it was alright to deliver .

The delivery gentlemen were fabulous. On time, careful, and incredibly quick to set up our very large corner sofa and lounge room items. They also happily removed all the packing. I highly recommend their services!

Item was scheduled to be delivered on 21.06.25 between 10hrs and 13.00hrs.Delivery never arrived and no communication from customer services advising this. On 23.06.25 I had to make contact with customer services to find out why the delivery was not made. No reason given. Re-scheduled to 25.06.2025 between 10 and 12pm. Item delivered at 14.00hrs. No communication from delivery company although it was clear on the tracker that that the delivery would be late. Very poor service and communication.

I cannot fault this company at all, the service has been excellent with great communication by WA and email regarding my delivery (which I delayed due to being away on holiday) to the live tracker and respectfulness of the delivery guys.

Carlito was single crew with 5 extra large boxes, he pleasant and very polite taking extra care through our tight passageway at the side of the property.

Proper "white glove" delivery. Kept me updated from the moment the order was put through, all the way to the day the item got delivered. The guys worked quickly and they paid extra care around the house to not damage anything, very kind as well.

Great communication over delivery date and we were given text updates on the date to give us an idea of time. Very polite and helpful team who respected my property and took care with assembling furniture. All packaging taken away. Small issue with chairs( not their fault) and they took photos and informed supplier. 5 star service
