Everything we ordered was shipped quickly. The chairs are holding up well so far and look great!

The delivery was excellent. Now that all three chairs are put together. I do feel the chairs look fantastic but as far as stability, wobbly not as sturdy as my old chairs even though the weight capacity was what I wanted it still feels like they wobble way too much even for a standard person these were as well put together by an engineer, and he made sure everything was tightened, put together effectively. I feel that I have it all for your put together. It would be difficult to return so we will make them work.

Bad customer service, trying hard to reach them to resolve issues, they take long time and nothing get solved , ridiculous return policy and not even clear process. I do not recommend this website to anyone who wish to have quality items and easy communication.

It says I have a defective chair that is wobbly , and the person helping me takes forever to respond back and now wants me to take a pin out to make the chair work. I asked for a replacement and they want me to mail back item and pay return shipping.

Solicitamos que pasaran a entregarlo despues de las 3 pm por cuestiones de trabajo y fueron a las 10:30 a tratar de entregarlo y se lo llevaron y hasta el proximo dia nos lo entregaron...afuera de la casa y no nos ayudaron a meterlo y estaba pesado, todo lo demas muy bien.... Gracias

Horrible experience so far!!! Chair is damaged but when I sent multiple videos and pictures on their demand to show the damages, I am still not given any directions on how to return and get a refund!!! It’s been more than a week now!!!

Product was as expected. Quality of the chair was great. Deliveredbin a reasonable amount of time.

For the chair being that expensive and it being “heavy duty” it should have not came broken in 2 different positions. On top of that the only way to get in contact with this company is through email. I had issues with the shipping company. FedEx kept telling me that artisthand had to make the adjustments and then artisthand kept telling me I had to contact fedex to make adjustments myself.. definitely won’t be buying from this company again

Massage Chair arrived in 4 business days after I ordered. Great quality, works as it should. The tracking of the item was not any good. Wanted to download shop app. Which I did, item was delivered and app said still preparing to ship. So don't count on any tracking of your shipment.

The experience I had was awful. I ordered one of your merchandise. Your company sent me the wrong merchandise and expect me to send it back without sending me a return label. They cannot prove to me that I ordered it and expect me to keep it well. I have another thing for you when I’m finished paying for it I will call my bank to return all of my funds and you figure out a way to get your merchandise back.

I got two different boxes at two different times and missed a day off work because of it.

Also this picture shows the measurements and I believe this chair supposed to pump up to 48 inches and it does not! 44iches is the highest it goes.

I bought 4 barber chairs. One of the chairs broke while under warranty. The customer rep. Could hardly speak English. They did nothing to help. They sent parts that had nothing to do with the issue. I WOULD NEVER recommend this business. It’s cheaper for a reason.

Was delivered to my front porch. Was happy with the delivery. Was a little awkward getting it into my home as I am 78 years old and didn't expect it to be as heavy as it was. Once in my home was easy to assemble and relaxed and eased my muscles.

Just got my chair. I am disabled but had a neighbour help me get it in the house. Very easy set up love the chair so far.

Superfast shipping. The chair looks even better than pictured. Easy to assemble.

After assembly, everything was good. The assembly instructions were off. They were a little difficult to understand at points and inaccurate in certain spots. But overall once complete, I was satisfied

I have a footrest with a hole in it, it would be nice to replace the part, it’s an Eyesore to my clients. A refund is nice but it won’t fix what my clients see
