All good.. can’t complain

The chair arrived damaged. Still waiting to hear back after several attempts to contact the company. Response time is very delayed when I contacted them previously about shipping issues. The chair is also delivered in two separate boxes. However, the tracking is only linked to one box so that was rather stressful. Hoping the company does the right thing to fix this as multiple parts including the base and hydraulics are not in working condition. I guess cheaper is that way for a reason. I was hopeful this would work for my salon as the price was more affordable than other companies. I also loved the style of this chair. I am very disappointed in my shopping experience.

Received items in a timely manner. The delivering company that delivered was great unlike fed ex.

I am trying since 3 days ago to make a returning but i’m having a hard time to communicate with them because they are taking so long to answer me back. I just need help to go through with the return please.

A really nice chair if there is any negative it would be that the chair may be a little harder to turn for a smaller barber

The delivery was quick I received chairs in four days. Very easy to assemble and sturdy I love it.

I bought a waiting bench from Artist Hand.
When the box arrived i noticed it was missing the bag of screws to attach the legs. I immediately emailed Artist Hand, the person responded a day later and asked me to open the manual and to circle the parts that was missing, take a picture and send it through email. I did. Two days later the person emailed me saying that they had contacted the warehouse and that they were going to send me the bag of screws that i needed. They did but guess what? They send me a bag with lots of bolts, washers and 4 small screws that the waiting bench didn’t even needed. To me you guys made a mistake and i gave you the opportunity to fix it and you blew it again. I emailed artist hand again and sent a picture of the obviously wrong bag of hardware. No response. Terrible service.

The shipping came very early, I received my chair in two days. However it’s missing a bolt. Which causes my chair not to be very steady. And it doesn’t lift all the way up!

I didn’t like the fact that I didn’t know that the chair and the hydraulic was shipped separately. One of the hydraulic parts is not working properly and I’m catching the dickens trying to get a replacement response.. other than that I love the chairs I’ve actually just made a second order Hopefully they will ship a replacement hydraulic with the second order

Is just a bad design. The seat back does not stay in the full upright position. The leg rests sag when any weight is applied.

Shipping was fast. Very impressed with the quality of the shampoo bowl/ chair combo. I can't wait to use it!
