Long but user friendly

The class was very comprehensive, as it should be. The fact that they take care of submitting the finished certificate and fees to the court is very helpful.

Cant remember who helped me via phone, but she was very kind and helpful.

The course was very clear and easy to follow, as well as very instructive and straight forward.

Very easy to use and well laid out course, with relevant information. Always good to have a readable refresher on the rules of the road. Some of the video links did not work, but overall positive.

I was very close to the deadline to complete defensive driving certificate and thought I was going to miss it. But NISE staff (Tess) was super quick in their response to my queries, helped me with the registration even when it was late Friday after office hours that I reached out to them. That really helped me complete the course in time. Thank you.

after calling in to nise i changed my review, they worked hard to help me. hard to sign in. has nise.co. at address. no period on end. When I pointed that out lady said thats at end of sentence. Yes, but in this case confusing and made it hard, com works but doesn't go thru. Answer. Put in parenthesis to not put period at end of co when putting on email. Not that hard. i am not the first, why not make it EASY and nice. She said been doing it this way for five years. Great for her. I havent' used internet in 5 years when theres a dot in email i thought you used it. Hmmmmmm make it easy. damned expensive too. All companies pretty greedy though. After entire experience, not that bad.

Good customer service and knowledgeable courses.

Site very easy, staff available to help till midnight! It takes a couple days to complete, section each had 5 min hold and can’t proceed even though it take 2-3 minutes to read.
straight forward over all

I thought I was going to have trouble because it was not taking my answer for one of the 5 questions asked what my first job was? Kept saying incorrect & I couldn't move forward with the next module. I called Saturday & reset everything. So I'm very happy & satisfied about that glitch on my part of forgetting my answer.
