The content itself is informative, however, it is not possible to accurately budget time for this course, as you cannot see the length of each video until you've finished the video directly before it. Additionally, the videos in the state section/ closing section have many sentence cut-offs and general poor editing. Lastly, there are duplicated videos in the closing section ("what's that line").

Knowledge was retainable and relevant. It’s a lot of information but instructor was great with the questions I had. Just getting started! Can’t wait to be licensed

Overall, I had a good experience and the program does provide a solid foundation. That said, some of the material was difficult to work through and didn’t always feel like it fully prepared me for the actual exam.

After I failed the state portion the first time, I reached out for support but didn’t receive a response for nearly two weeks, which was frustrating—especially since the curriculum mentions quick help. When I did hear back, the guidance was to review the same study materials again, which honestly wasn’t effective for me.

What really helped me succeed was using additional study tools outside of the program. I found more clarity and understanding through supplemental books and breaking things down in a different way. That extra effort is what ultimately helped me pass.

I think this program can be a great starting point, but I would strongly recommend pairing it with additional resources and more exam-focused practice if you want to feel fully prepared.

The female teacher is great! The male teacher is difficult to learn from, as he tends to be overly-verbose and mixes terms up.

I have multiple issues with this school so far.

1) The platform is outdated by far. When I take the practice exam, and I want to go back to a section of the online lecture when that specific topic was discussed, I should be able to go back and re-listen to that section. The answers should be directly connected to the lecture. There are MANY questions in the online lecture that are on the practice exams that the lectures never mention.

2) In the National section of the teachings, the said that it would take 2 to 3 weeks if you did a chapter a day. The timeframe is 100% no true because they do not account for the reading as well. They do not break down how many hours you make need to read the content. This matters to folks who have to work a full time job on top of doing these lessons. The subscription should be for 1 year, not 6 months.

3) This upset me the most, but some of the questions in the practice exams for each chapter are not true. I think you need to go over all the questions you present and confirm that they actually conform to today's laws. Judging by the platform, it looks like this has not been updated in a long time.

Overall, Kaplan Professional Studies does a better job. I know this because I took their class a long time ago, and passing the exam was a breeze because how well they prepped their students.

The school was good, but I felt like there were things left out that I learned later by watching videos on You Tube for studying. It also bothered me that there were typos in the materials and a couple of mistakes. I just feel that a school should not have mistakes like that. I did pass the first attempt but did a lot of studying after finishing the course with other materials so I don't really know if I would have passed if I used just this course.

Mostly great. I have found a handful of typos and spelling /grammatical errors both in the text book and during the chapter exams that sticks with my Type A brain.
I have also been diligent about doing the readings fully before watching the videos and find the readings something redundant... the intros and beginning blurbs. Sometimes seems wasteful of time.

Very thorough coverage of all required courses. Helpful tests throughout to keep you remembering the information you have coveraged. Makes it easy to get through those hours.

In the contracts part of the studies...the one video is in and out and very hard to hear.

Bunch of spelling issues, incongruent information, contradictory answers and inaccurate information

It was easy to follow along. the instructors were clear and concise. I like that they highlighted specific things that will be on the national exam.

These classes were paid for for me, so I'm still very grateful! I liked the first two parts because there was reading too, but the male instructor has a dreadfully awful way of explaining things... I get lost on almost every video because he adds In a lot of unnecessary information or takes a very long time to get to even a simple point... Nothing against him, but the way he talks makes it incredibly difficult to follow along and I don't feel like I'm being prepared at all through his portions... I feel like he took a 10 minute video and turns it into a 30 minute video, making it makes it incredibly hard to learn... I just hope I pass the exam...

Easy to do. Some questions asked about things that weren’t mentioned. I felt that if you were paying attention that you had a good idea about the correct answer from the context.

I believe this is a complete scam and would be very cautious before you purchase this system. I bought this system on a Thursday. Today is a Monday and there are still no curriculum loaded. When you call the number they say they’re open 8 to 4 it’s 808 and nobody answers the phone. You can only leave a message and surprisingly I have left several messages and have heard nothing back. I have also left several emails and I’ve heard nothing back when you go through the prompts. It says if you are a perspective student and would like help press one you press one and it tells you it’s invalid. It tells you if you want to speak to a teacher press two when you press it it tells you it’s invalid. I would be very cautious of spending five or $600 on a program where there is not a live human to help you. Also, the real estate industry is not known for being an industry that is open at 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Buyer beware.

Mostly things were good. However, there are mistakes in the test that make it really difficult and affected my scores. One such example: Final National Exam #35. The answer is $19,187.50 but the option is9,187.5). There are other inconsistencies throughout tests that make it harder than it should be because you second guess if you are going crazy :).

Also, the instructor for the lease portion is very difficult to listen to. All of the others were engaging and pleasant.

The instructors clearly understood their material and possessed the ability to present it in easy to understand terms. I found them articulate, inspiring, and stimulating. I was also gratified that they stuck to their time schedules. A 3 hour course took 3 hours, not twice that as some other online schools allow. I highly recommend Colorado Real Estate School.

I really liked that I could study at my pace and was able to go back to the videos to review the material. I passed my exams on the first try.

The CO Real Estate School was such a great experience for getting my coursework complete! The videos and classes were in-depth and covered all the topics needed to know. The practice exams prepared me for the licensing exam and I was able to pass on my first try. Definitely recommend

It was a good experience. All of the information is there and then some. The only thing is I had to do most of my training on my phone. Despite me reaching out to customer service and doing all of the prescribed treatments to fix the issue per the web site the orientation feature did not work. Switching from vertical to horizontal made using the web site daunting and much more difficult than it had to be. I feel like I could have finished the course quicker if it was not for this issue. That being said they did give me a month grace to finish. I finished the course and I did pass my National and State tests.

This company is walking me through the step to be successful in passing the state test and for a better future in Real Estate.
