Ho acquistato uno scaldacqua elettrico, modello ANDRIS LUX ECO 30/5 EU, a fine aprile del 2022.
A gennaio 2025 lo scaldacqua è andato prima in blocco, poi sembrava essersi nuovamente stabilizzato, peccato che non scalda più l'acqua: tutto ciò in pieno freddo inverno e con l'influenza! Ho chiamato il centro assistenza più vicino (Milano), anche perchè il servizio clienti Ariston NON RISPONDE MAI, e mi è stato detto che probabilmente il problema era un accumulo di calcare, ma che la pulizia sarebbe costata più dello scaldacqua...risultato: lo scaldabagno è da sostituire, con tutti i disagi e gli oneri economici che ne derivano. Davvero un PESSIMO PRODOTTO, programmato per autodistruggersi dopo poco più di due anni! Vergogna!

Ho comparato una caldaia Ariston Cares 16 kw, la maggior parte dei componenti é fatta in plastica scadente, appena é scesa la pressione dell'acqua da 1,5 bar a 0,5 bar si é danneggiata la pompa dell'acqua e un altro componente, é stato necessario sostituirli entrambi, é bastato un piccolo gradiente di temperatura si 20 o 30 gradi per danneggiare irreversibilmente la pompa ed altro, bisogna fare molta attenzione alla pressione del circuto acqua, se si abbassa troppo i componenti in plastica si deformano e li dovrete sostiutire !!!

Bought a new water heater, been leaking water since the start. They sent a technician but tipically in Portugal they are to lazy to do anything, told us it was normal.
Very dissatisfied!!!! Would NOT recommend!!!
Hope they solve this issue fast

Terrible customer service and lack of goodwill DON'T BUY ARISTON! Our Ariston boiler is just under 14 months old and is faulty but because we didn't register for the additional warranty in time Ariston are refusing to repair it or even supply any required parts as a goodwill gesture.

Further to your response to my review, I would like to clarify that this incident did not start on 23rd December but on 25th October. Please refrain from portraying me as a fussy consumer. Your service has been appalling.
As someone who manages over 300 properties, I have instructed my contractors to cease installing Ariston Boilers due to the poor post-warranty service. I cannot, in good faith, recommend this service to any landlord. If this boiler had not been under warranty, the issue would have been resolved within a couple of days.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously to improve your future service offerings.

The call centre were amazing and arranged an engineer to come out. I phoned mid day ish on Friday and the engineer came out late morning on the Monday. He was knowledgeable and very polite. He didn’t have the part needed on
The van but arranged another visit on Tuesday to fit the part needed. He left no mess and the job was completed in the time he specified. I was very pleased with the service from all at Ariston and can definitely recommend.

Continua la mia bruttissima avventura con la caldaia, dopo tanta insistenza e dopo essere stato 2 giorni senza acqua calda e riscaldamento il 23 mi sostituiscono la caldaia , ma dopo 1 ora si guasto il ventilatore ( cod 612) sostituito ,il giorno successivo perde acqua dal vassoio recupero acqua condensa, dopo vari tentativi non perde più acqua dal vassoio, oggi pomeriggio di nuovo perde acqua e di nuovo si guasta il ventilatore (cod 612) chiamato l assistenza mi dice che viene dopo domani , ma lui nn può fare più nulla , se voglio devo denunciare l ariston perché lui non puoi sostituirmi più la caldaia
Ps...ho fatto vigilia di natale è natale senza riscaldamento
Penso che sostituirò la caldaia e marca a mie spese e chiederò risarcimento all ariston

O K the fitter that you sent did not have a clue what he was doing and found fault with the pump and he replaced that, It has cut out a few times since that but we managed to get it going agin,

I phoned Ariston customer service just after ten in the morning of December 23rd and by 3in the afternoon my leaky boiler had been fixed by a young man called Luke from Status fantastic service I was amazed they were even working so close to Christmas.ten out of ten for Ariston Status and Luke thankyou all and a very merry Christmas to you all
