One of the most important things for us was having a report that we could actually understand, without lots of technical wording, and that’s exactly what we got.

The report was clear and easy to follow, and where technical terms were used, they were explained in a way that made sense to us.

Before receiving the full report, Alaur also called us to talk through the main findings. He explained everything in straightforward language and went through it at a comfortable pace, giving us plenty of opportunity to ask questions. His answers were clear and helpful, and we never felt rushed.

Alaur’s communication was excellent throughout. He explained the process clearly, kept me updated and, importantly, didn’t try to push me into a more expensive survey than was actually needed for the property.

The report came back very quickly and was thorough and easy to understand. Alaur also made time at short notice to give me a call and talk through the findings, which was incredibly useful as I had a second viewing of the property shortly afterwards and felt much better informed about what to look at and what questions to ask.

Great quick responsive business, arranged a level 2 survey as soon as possible and have a call to talk through the report immediately afterward. Full report followed by email that afternoon. Can’t think of how service could have been improved

I gave Alaur a call in regards to a property survey, and to my surprise after calling approx 10 surveyors, Alaur gave me all the answers I needed. After 45minutes on the phone I in fact didn’t go through with a survey as we both came to the conclusion that it wasn’t the necessary step. He gave genuine advice from a position of care rather than a sale. Exactly the type of surveyor you want, genuine, transparent and simply goes above and beyond. We may not have done business on this transaction but through such a service and good character, you’ve guaranteed all future business going to you.

We cannot recommend Alaur and his company enough for your surveying needs. He was efficient, prompt and the best thing was he was in contact with us throughout the process. Usually we’ve heard that surveyors do your homebuyers report and leave you to it. But Alaur was on hand to answer all our questions very promptly and explain things in a way we just understood straight away. His advice overall was so helpful so it aided us in understanding whether the property we were buying was right for us or not. really happy with his service and knowledge!

A very professional and friendly service. As a first time buyer I had many questions, all were answered very much in layman's terms making it easy to understand. Alaur’s approach to home surveys is refreshing, as he doesn’t just send the survey report for the customer to digest and do their best to understand. He also calls with a personal run through of his key findings. This really helps the customer understand any risks and also what might need more urgent action on completion of the house purchase.
