Nothing really to say Arrived on time

Erin at Aqua Cure was very helpful in sourcing and organising delivery of 19 litre bottles to our company, always updating on information relating to the order and delivery time. We be reordering again in the near future.

Great customer service, and shipping time was excellent

The items was delivered earlier than expected. The product is so easy to fixed and works perfectly

I had been asked to obtain a filter for a client.
This is totally out of my field of knowledge, so I was totally reliant on the information given to me by Aqua Cure.
Erin proved most helpful: sourcing exactly what I needed, arranging delivery next day and all for a great price.

Very responsive and solution focussed. Jack was really helpful and came up with a common sense solution which was much appreciated. Swift email returns regarding my enquiry was excellent.

Having been a trade customer for over 30 years, a little disappointed that an order was taking 2 weeks for delivery.....then when it did not arrive, I called and was told it would be another 2 weeks!!!So I said I would cancel and go elsewhere. Then after the weekend, I called to speak to Customer Services manager to tell them of my experience and she said the order was being despatched that day!,,and could not explain why I had been told a completely different date.....
The items arrived...let’s hope my next experience is not so difficult.....
