The video appointment was very easy to access. I could hear and see the physician with no trouble, and everything was quickly taken care of. It was very nice to be able to do it from home.

It was Saturday; I realized that overnight the vertigo had crept in with a vengeance. I didn't have any of the medication I needed from the last time I had this silly thing...So I remembered I could use Amwell; got my phone out, and got a Doctor quite quickly. I explained what I needed and why the OTC really didn't work well. She checked the types of medications I was on and told me that she would send a Prescription to my Pharmacy within the next few minutes. This was done expediently and easily. I appreciate the ease and availability of this service.

The doctor forgot my appointment twice. The second time, I never heard back from my message to her. I guess I'm supposed to find a new therapist?

I LOVE Amwell. I could feel a cold sore coming on, so I called and within minutes I was able to talk to a doctor. He sent a prescription in for me.

I went on Amwell looking for a quick fix for my eczema thinking that I knew exactly what I wanted. I’ve had eczema basically since I was born and have previously treated it what seems like a million times, always the same way, but the doctor on amwell that I got a same day telehealth appointment with took the time to listen to my concerns and inevitably end up addressing them better than I could have asked. His treatment suggestion cleared up my eczema on my face and eyes within days of treatment and before the wedding I was standing up in! He also made himself available to contact if I ended up not being happy with the treatment he prescribed. Shoutout to Dr. Marc Serota for being a great physician and a help to me and my face!

It is very convenient and helpful to be able to talk to a doctor face to face from your home and quickly get a prescription called into your pharmacy. We are very thankful for this service which is free with our health insurance.

Service was very easy and doctor took the time to understand everything. With Covid this was so reassuring!!

After the appointment, only "over the counter" meds were given ? Not any prescribed RX. Could have just drove to the local CVS and not made the call. One was a anti-itch cream, which I know there's a higher strength version available by prescription. So what was that all about.

Your on line patient info system is user unfriendly. I could not delete a credit card when I needed to change payment modes. Your insurance options listed do not match the plans you accept. Your counselors are not knowledgeable on how to assist new patients with payment processing questions. Your main phone number pops up on the counselor contacts page, so it is difficult to directly reach the person to set up a first appointment. I will never use AmWell ever again.

I am impressed with the therapist that I am seeing through AmWell. She has been helping me a great deal. I look forward to our meetings and appreciate the quality and effectiveness of homework assigned. She is well versed in PTSD and depression. I am grateful to have found her.
Technologically I think that AmWell needs some improving. Despite my internet connection speed being high (99Mbps) the therapist and I can only use the video connection for 15 minutes or so before the sound and picture are out of sync. We then have to resort to phone only which the therapist does not prefer and I agree with her.
More often than not, the therapist that I use is not listed on AmWell's site. She has notified AmWell but it does not appear to be corrected several weeks later.

I really appreciated how welcoming the doctor was and I got what I needed from a quick call.

Amwell is wonderful when it works, but the app is hit or miss, and I have found it less stressful to discontinue my counseling altogether rather than gamble if my appointment will be randomly cancelled or cut off with no ability to contact my counselor afterwards. So frustrating. And don't count on Amwell customer service to follow up on any emails alerting them to the situation. It's too bad, since it's so promising.

My doctor was friendly and quick and concise. I enjoyed the visit and got the antibiotics I needed.

Such a great service in these uncertain times! I am immune compromised and to be able to speak to a doctor and have her actually look down my throat and ask what my symptoms were without having to go out of my door was absolutely amazing.

The price of a doctor visit has gone up. I have medicare and a supplement insurance which Amwell does not accept. The visit price was up to $269. I will not be using your services again.
