This company is useless. Practitioner do not join a scheduled call, cancelled it 5 minutes after it was scheduled to end, and they billed me anyway. There is no customer support except a phone number.... Mehr ansehen

Their website says they treat UTIs via Telehealth, when seen by the Dr, for all of 5 minutes, the Doctor said she couldn't treat UTIs over Telehealth, after they charged us for the visit. They won't... Mehr ansehen

Quick but thorough

I was helped quickly and the doctor answered all of my questions. I felt she took the necessary time to ask me questions about my condition to make sure I didn't have something other than what I suspected.

Very professional wry professional

Very professional, and understanding of situation being a travel tech so unable to get my medications in my home state so refilled me fo three months. Made my life so much easier thank you so much!

Need More Choices

I enjoy using the app, it makes my life a lot easier! I wish there were more choices of therapists though. None of the three that are available have experience in what I need.

Very easy to use once I got the…

Very easy to use once I got the settings to accept my insurance. On my first login I got the message that the visit was going to cost $79 so I exited until I found a friend that explained how/where to put in the service key for our insurance plan.

Amwell is a gamechanger for me!

Amwell is a gamechanger for me and healthcare. I often hesitate to consult a health care professional simply because life is too short to sacrifice a half day in a waiting room for something that might go away on its own. On my latest virtual visit, I was speaking to a physician within a couple of minutes. The diagnosis was completed, prescription transmitted, and instructions delivered in only 11 minutes!

I am writing as a mental health…

I am writing as a mental health therapist who attempted to utilize the platform for supplemental income. I can't even go into all of the issues I have faced in only one week of using Amwell. Frankly, it would take up much more time and space than it's worth. Basically, I have spent hours on the phone with tech and provider support with consistent issues, all for different reasons, which lends itself to an overall systemic issue. Many staff give different information and answers depending on who you ask, many don't know the answer to questions and unfortunately have given me misinformation which impacted client care, and thirdly multiple tech issues on the end of Amwell system. I have used another Telehealth platform with no issues, and was just trying a new one out. Do not recommend.

Terrible save your money

Terrible save your money. She knew within 5 seconds she wasn’t giving me an antibiotic. I wanted a 3 day supply of an antibiotic and it cost me $80 for her to say no. I’m a nurse and I knew I needed it. Extremely rude and does not listen to the patient. Never again. Read the reviews it’s a scam.

Not what I expected

Based on what the doctor thought it might be, I expected to receive prescription medication. Instead I was told to use over the counter medication which I had already tried. Needless to say, I needed to follow up with a doctor office visit to get the real medicine .

Told to log in 10mins before my 9:15am appointment. I did. I am still waiting at 9:38am. This is unacceptable!

Twice now I have used this service.

Twice now I have used this service.. First time was for ear infection, multiple calls to customer service for my RX... One week to fill.

I used them again today, assured RX was submitted as we were on the phone..... Waited 3 hours, still no RX. Called customer service and told nothing could be done until Monday possibly Tuesday.... Should have gone to urgent care.... AGAIN!.

Never again!!!
