Great doing business with American Trucks
Customer service is excellent. I sent my inquiries about their Undercover Elite LX hinged one piece tonneau cover through their chat bot and few minutes later a real person Jordan C. called me and helped me pick out the right fit for my Truck on a Sunday 4/12/2026 afternoon. The product came today Tuesday 4/15/2026 before noon in my garage delivered by Meyer Logistics. It was delivered in a huge and well protected box.
Great service all in all. Very satisfied customer here and will highly recommend American Trucks.

Poor customer service
Ordered 1 Hankook 37x12.50R17 for $430 as a spare tire for my truck on 03/20/2026. Once the tire was received, I went to the tire shop to have it installed. The shop manager walked out and told me he felt uneasy installing the tire as it was 5 years old. I told the manager I didn't appreciate buying a 5 year old tire for that price and had it returned. American Trucks stated they'd send me another, and when asked if they were going to send a new tire they replied the would. So there I was, walking a tire through Walgreens in order to drop it off to FedEx. Eventually, I received a "new" return tire that was also 5 years old. I'm out a month of my time and patience with this company. This is not the first run in I have had with return items and I will not bring my business back.

Improve the way offering replacement options for front end suspension parts. It’s unconventional to only replace one part on one side of a vehicle, knowing that it’s common for the opposite side to fail with number of days or months after purchase of a new part.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback regarding your recent order with AmericanTrucks. We were disappointed to hear that there were delays in receiving the In-Line Speedometer Calibrator that you ordered on 4/7/2026.
We show that the item shipped out via USPS ,and it shipped and left our facility the same day. We did review the tracking, and there appears this order did take a few additional days to be delivered to you on 4/13/2026.
We can understand the frustration when your are expecting your order, but there are delays. When you contacted us to speak with a manager, we do show that an escalation ticket was submitted and asked that a Supervisor or Manager call you back to discuss this situation and your frustrations. We apologize if you were not made aware that if a Supervisor or Manager is not available, they will call you back within one to two business days. We show that you spoke with our Manager the following day.
We do show that a return was set up for the calibrator, and we are removing the return tag fee for this order. Once there is movement of the return label back to us, we ask for 7-10 days for the refund to be completed. You will receive an email once this is completed.

We work hard to have orders shipped and delivered to customers in a timely manner, and this was not your experience, we your frustration is understandable.
We do show that we set up a lost package for one of the Fuel Wheels Hammerhead Gloss Black Dark Tinted Clear 6-Lug Wheel that you ordered. We do work hard to have items shipped directly from our warehouse, but there are times when we reach out to the manufacturer and ask that they send the items to you. This was the situation with your order. We shipped the TPMS sensors from our warehouse, but the wheels and tires were being shipped from the manufacturer.
We do see that a replacement was shipped to you and delivered on 4/11/2026.
Due to this situation and the delays you experienced, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 7/31/2026.
