At ExtremeTerrain, we take security seriously and utilize a third-party service to protect our customers from fraud. Unfortunately, our system was unable to verify some of the details provided, and the order was declined out of caution. This could be caused if the billing address was incorrect, or items being shipped to a different address. There are other reasons why this may happen, these are just a few examples.

We reviewed your account and we saw that the order for the Injen Replacement Cold Air Intake Super nano Web Dry Air Filter, was returned due to damage to the package and you shared that it was not working on your vehicle. The representative you spoke with was able to set up a return and they asked if you would like the refund back to your MasterCard or back to store credit. You had shared that we can issue back as store credit so you can find another part that will work.

We show on 4/27 you placed an order for the Injen SuperNano Web Dry Airfilter. We do not show a return on this order and we want to make sure this item worked for your vehicle. If there were any issues with this order, please contact us so we can assist you and resolve the issue for you.
