Usually ok but this time not so good
Ordered a set of splash guards for the Mustang. Was sent 2 pairs for the front instead of a front pair and rear pair. Had to go through the nonsense of taking pics, uploading them, and waited 5 days for the “tech team” to make a decision. Still need to wait for the correct order to be shipped. Another few days and I might have my proper order. Been 2 weeks roughly by the time I get the right set. Not real happy about how long it takes for a return to get processed and shipped. Mistakes happen but shipping the right order as soon as the pics are uploaded and clearly customer service saw them as I was chatting with them at the time, would make a huge difference in time saved. Also expedited shipping on the second try at no cost would be prudent.

Item wasn’t compatible but website said it was
Purchased a spoiler that apparently wasn’t a fit for my vehicle even though the website said it was a match. Installed it and each end wouldn’t sit flat on the trunk lid. So wasted a few hours of an install and now have to remove it to start over again. First time using this company and not very impressed.

Can’t get an answer out of anyone.
I ordered 3 items at the same time, they showed up late, one was the wrong part, I sent it back an started a return immediately, I was told that a replacement would ship within 24 hours of the shipper having possession of the returned part. it’s been 3 days now since I returned the wrong part and nobody can give me any tracking info on a replacement order I’ve tried the chat several times and cannot get a hold of an actual person either.

AM customer service is terrible
AM customer service is terrible. Representatives will make you jump through hoops, provide receipts, ask you to send emails to a server not accepting emails, and so on only to send a blanket rejection letter not addressing anything in your claim. No product support of any kind.

I ordered 4 tires from AM
I ordered 4 tires from AM. I stressed I didn’t want old tires. 2 of the 4 tires were over 3 years old! Amy, among others, said that’s normal and to basically, deal with it. I’ve been a customer for years, but no more. I guess AM doesn’t realize there are many other places that sell identical products! Absolutely, horrible customer service!!!!!🙄👎

When you initially ordered the tires, you shared that the representative you spoke with confirmed that the tires would be "fresh" off of the manufacturer's line. We cannot share why the representative would make this promise to you, as we cannot confirm that the tires, while they are brand new never used, would be the most recent tires that we received.
If there was an issue with the tires, can do a return and either a replacement or refund, as we do want our customers to be satisfied with the items they order and receive from AmericanMuscle.
