Please do not waste your time or money with this company! They are a scam and sham! They will sell you a package and not deliver on goods sold! I paid 259.00$ for a package that included copyrights. Bogus! They do not tell you that it is only for an application fee! They want more money just to give you the run around some more! Do not and I repeat do not mess with these people! Big scam

Stacy and her team have been exceptional with their creativity and design for our construction company. The team has been timely in getting us what we need in the timeframe we’ve asked. Stacy is always available to answer my questions. We will recommend her to all our friends owning a business!

Starting my new business has been challenging, but the one important thing I needed done was my branding (logo’s) cards, stationery and most importantly a new website. Not having ever been through this process I was very hesitant at choosing someone to do it for me due to costs etc.

I live in Canada but doing a web search found American Logo Designers and what a great connection it has been! I can’t say enough about the approach taken by Jordan from the beginning! The costs were very affordable and his efforts to understand my company was outstanding!

He then passed me to Rose! Over the past months developing my website etc has been outstanding! Rose’s patience and attention to detail, listening to all my crazy and constant suggestions and changes has been nothing short of outstanding! Her attention to detail and always wanting to get it right and the way I want it was very helpful! She always made me feel important and that my ideas counted! More importantly she made the experience painless and fun!

When looking for a Graphic Design Project Team, I wanted a combination of Expertise Efficiency and Customer Service with ALD. I definitely have found that in Mycroft and the Team of designers...... On behalf of Myself and the CGMFBC thanks for your service!!

Rose was excellent in addressing my design concerns and helping me with my quick turn project. The quality was more than adequate and solved my design problems.

I wish I could give zero stars. My company is/was going through a rebranding process and American Logo Designers popped up first on our Google search. Their prices are more expensive than Fivver (who we ended up using afterwards and received a much higher quality logo at a fraction of the cost in just a handful of days).

We proceeded to use ALD and were assigned David as our logo designer. He came back after a week with a 2/10 logo. It was subpar and he only gave a few samples. It looked like a product of my child using a Paint program. We go back and forth, and I offered him full creativity and after TWO months and at least 50 correspondences, I gave up. The logo literally looked like an elementary school competition. I paid for the Platinum package and was expecting a 500-600 dollar logo.

I called the office, expecting a refund; after all they do promote 100% satisfaction or money back guaranteed. After 11 phone calls that lasted between 8 minutes to 1.3 hours, I had no luck with getting a refund. The company outsources everything to Pakistan and neighboring countries. They gave me the rope around, and every Bob, George, Matt, Linda etc that I spoke with sounded foreign. They said a refund was impossible and that I had to use their services until it was complete.

So they assign me their top designer... He ended up creating a new logo in 72 hours, and to my demise, it was not much better than the 1st. I called their office many times trying to get a refund. They continued to say they will create a new logo for me. Well... 2.5 months and useless and endless bickering with people who barely know English frustrated me.

While they were trying to finish my logo, they tried to upsell me on website, business cards, t-shirts and more. Their prices were high, their delivery slow, and they cost my company thousands of marketing dollars because we haven't been able to properly rebrand.

I was endlessly called and harassed. I'm a mild tempered individual, but I finally told them to "stop f*ing calling me and harassing me, I've told you NO 10000000000000x, so please shut up". I never received a call from them again. Or the final files of a logo, or any new logo designs.

Finally, I called our bank, got a refund there (should have just started with that once I knew this was a scam).

I am 100% convinced that many if not all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Horrible company, full of deceit.

Jordan And His Team Are Clutch !!! I needed a website that captured my personality and vision. I put 100% percent faith in them from the beginning. I was showed patience , kindness , and respect throughout the entire process. I was treated like family rather then just another customer. The website turned out better then I could have ever imagined. I would recommend them for anybody from celebrities to civilians. They are Very efficient and professional and a pleasure to work with. Its been a honor.

Short version:

AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS IS A SCAM. If you purchase any of the below logo packages, do not expect to receive your files unless you ALSO purchase a website from them or “ownership rights” (see below). They upsell you even after you say no multiple times, lie to you, and never deliver your files. Per their 100% Money Back and 100% Satisfaction Guarantees, we requested refunds multiple times and they repeatedly refused, dragging us into long ridiculous conversations. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD using words like “American”, “integrity”, “100% Money Back Guarantee”, “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”, “Premier Google Partner”, and what I suspect are FAKE REVIEWS on trustpilot.com.

Long version:

1. I purchased a logo package with 12 logo concepts, all files (.ai, .psd, .eps, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .tiff), business card design, and basic animated logo on Feb 20.

2. First logo concepts received on Feb 21.

3. Revision 1 received on Feb 25.

4. Semi-finished Revision 2 received on Feb 28.

5. I stated that I did not like any of the logos and, having noted the 100% Money Back Guarantee and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, requested a refund on Feb 28.

6. On March 15, having received no response regarding my refund, I sent photos of logos I liked and requested that American Logo Designers (ALD) something similar in hopes I could still get what I was looking for since they refused to respond to my refund request.

7. On March 17, ALD sent updated concepts.

8. After requesting revisions, I received yet another POORLY completed concept on March 19.

9. Around this time, I also requested a refund via phone. ALD was quite rude and ultimately refused to refund.

10. After no resolution for several months, I suggested they create another logo for me, on behalf of a friend, in hopes I would finally get something satisfactory. After 3 more concepts, I gave up and decided I would work with what they created and just make changes myself. i.e. do the work I PAID for, myself.

11. Throughout this time, “Brandon” kept texting me to get me to purchase a website design. I had zero interest, but he kept pushing.

12. On Oct 14, Brandon finally gave up on selling the website design.

13. Brandon then went into some BS about getting verification from the “Verification Dept” to move forward with next steps.

14. Ultimately, Brandon came back saying I had to buy the Ownership and Copyright for anywhere from $499 - $1309, depending on the time-period to receive my files. When I refused, he came back stating that I need to pay $270 to get “life-time” ownership.

15. On Oct. 20, my husband called to request the files or a refund. They refused again. At this point, I have no choice except to post this review in as many places as possible, so others do not get DEFRAUDED. I have still NOT RECEIVED MY LOGO FILES OR REFUND.

Working with Ronnie has been a great experience, quick to respond and prompt with changes with the website. I look forward to working with him in the future as my business grows.

After hard work 😓 for a couple weeks and a lot of deliberation we came to a wonderful design of our logo and business cards! Working with Alan, Rose, and the other designers was a challenge at first, but we found our groove and the logo and business card came out beautiful and perfect. I am so excited to see how our website turns out. The work we have done here is meaningful and done with care. Rose was assigned to my account as our American Logo project manager after our original contact became ill. Rose took the initiative to quickly bring our project current by completing our new logo design and finalizing our business card order and shipment. Additionally, Rose took ownership of our website redesign and worked directly with me on the numerous changes required to complete the project. Rose initiated direct meetings with the design team when necessary and was very professional, and detailed in all aspects of the project. Keep records of everything, and communicate through email only. it will save you a lot of time.

These guys are junk, poor quality service, always trying to upsell you into spending more money. do not tell them anything about your business, or you will open a can of wallet sucking hell worms.

When you hold them accountable for the poor quality they provide they become combative, especially after you ask for a refund due to being not 100% satisfied.

The representative I had left the company and no one called me back. After reaching out to them they still refuse my refund and ask for more money for a much better service. This is bull. they use stock vector graphics for logo design. and they use WordPress for website design. All of which are tools the average person with a computer can use without trouble.

4X refund request and they still have not come through. I have turned them into my credit card company.

It's best just to stay away and find some other service.

I have been working with American Logo Designers for 4 years. They also gave me a dedicated Account Manager David Brown who was very prompt and understanding of urgent business needs, he has mobilized his teams to quickly build the logos for our different initiatives, Websites for different initiatives and always supported the projects in a professional manner. Would recommend David Brown and this company to anyone who is looking for a logo, website, e-commerce development.
