American Logo Designers were great! They helped me every which way they could even when I didn’t understand all the ends and outs. Helped me financially and with some incentives. If it wasn’t for Frank the Tank I probably would have given up. He is the Man!! So personal with checking on me from time to time to just flat out Making It Happen!! I highly recommend Frank and his team at American Logo Designers.

We started out with a logo design. Alan, my PM was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and delivered a fabulous new logo for our business. Then we decided to use them for our eCommerce website and marketing. The cost was very reasonable. We are still working on the website but I am very confident that they will deliver something amazing. I was very impressed by his patience with all the countless changes we had and the concepts we received. I highly recommend them.

I have had one of the best experiences with Eric Kasper. I would have been lost had he not been on my team. He has walked me through this process and made things so much easier for me. Emily Brown and Eric Kasper are two of the most consistent, professional people that you guys have in this company. I have sent so many of my clients to this company and some are not pleased until I had them work with Eric. He makes the customer first. He is very patient, understanding, and eagered about helping customers. I will forever be apart ofmtjis family of business UNLESS he relocated his job. Thank you for hiring such great people. Admittedly, I was getting really impatient, because I felt that I was getting ignored trying to get some necessary changes/updates on my website. Then came Rose Fischer, who I would highly recommend if you need some work done on your website. Rose was able to get things updated within a couple of weeks. Thank you, Rose!!

I came to American Logo designs with a vision of how I wanted my logo to look for my brand and they made it became a reality. The designers and logo managers were extremely patient and understanding with me. They tried all the different ideas I threw their way until I was completely satisfied. American Logo Designers are GREAT! They have designed ALL my logos for my businesses. I receive DAILY COMPLIMENTS about my logos. They work REALLY hard developing the customers ideas and visions. Their turnaround time is quick and efficient. They also have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are available to respond and answer questions ALMOST IMMEDIATELY!

I am still waiting for my letterheads and stationary that I was told I would recieve.
Based on that; I took down my original review calling it a scam because someone reached out to me and said they would correct the issue but it has been over a month and I don't have the rest of my business tools.
This is unacceptable.
I paid over $200.

Complete scam. I signed up and paid for a logo design and they never called. I called them and it sounded like an overseas call center in the background and I kept getting disconnected. I told them to refund my money before the process started and they they needed a reason. I told them I had a bad feeling about there company and they informed me they needed a better reason. They were extremely rude and told me a refund
would not be issued. They did nothing for me and still have not refunded my money. I am currently disputing the charge.

I highly recommend these guys! Very professional and helpful throughout the entire process! I needed a logo and website! The project mgr was patient and very helpful in guiding me on my new business venture!

Needed a logo designed for my new business and didn’t know where to start. I searched the web and ended up here. Team was good at responding to emails and texts. Designs came quickly and looked decent. Easy to work with and prompt. Through the process there was a few hiccups but we worked through and established common ground. Overall pleased. My recommendation is ask lots of questions and be involved in the process so both parties are on the same page. Good luck!!!! Will use in future if needed!!!
