While I have not always had the best experience with this company in the past, the project managers make all the difference. I was recently assigned Mr. Gabriel Wood and already my site is looking much more professional. He is knowledgeable of business and retail in addition to tech so that my entire operation has improved and I know it only gets better from here!

Gabriel just came on board working and helping coordinate the facet of building my 2nd worldwide business. Jason just came on board also building my 2nd worldwide business also. Prior to Gabriel, Ronnie was on board working helping coordinating the facet of building my 2nd worldwide business. As I have been working with this company that has other sister companies also, it's been a great pleasure knowing all. All team members are very hard working and customer oriented. Gabriel always offers prompt response to my inquiries. Ronnie was also prompt with his responses to my inquires. Jason, displays a thorough knowledge of developing a business website and his work is beautiful to see. They all are very patient and polite. As they are busy at times, a little delay does not mean they are a scam. Trust me, they will get back to you asap. Again all, thank you for being a blessing to the business world. I so look forward to all you bring to my businesses.

Been working on my website for a while now and the customer service has been really great

The experience i had from this company was a professional and delightful. Handled in a ethical manner. Also kept up with calls and things that needed to be done through the process. A big shot out to Frank who went out of his way to be a very nice person to do business with. Walked me through everything i needed to know in the building processes of my business site and exe.

I had just about given up hope for my website...until I started working with American Logo Designers.
They made my logo look more professional while keeping it close to my own design.
My website is now up and running and it looks great.
Everyone I spoke to along the way, treated me with warmth and respect.

I never write reviews but I was compelled after using AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS. Brandon was my lead on my project and I was so grateful and pleased with his great designs for my logo as well as his responsiveness to my feedback. He was very patient, professional , and pleasant to work with! I will definitely used them again for my next project. I highly recommend AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS.

After I agreed to consider an upscale design package (for $900.00), my representative Barney kept trying to sell me a $10K CRM website. It should be noted that I had never received and never did receive any logo designs from Barney or American Logo Designers. On the second or third day, he sent me a proposal for a CRM website (still no logo designs). On the 3 day he sent me a proposal for CRM website that cost $4000 up front and $6000 over three months. When I called to cancel the original order because they never sent me any designs, my rep Barney lept trying to argue with me about how much I needed this CRM website. When I mentioned to him that his company had used another company's logo design brief he denied it and tried to change the subject. Save yourself sometime and avoid this firm.

From start to finish this company has been top notch. I am the owner of a start up business, so I was really skeptical about farming out my material needs to accompany that wasn’t near me. All my skepticism vanished after my first conversation with Jordan.
My logo came out perfect and way better than I had dreamed it would look. The teams attention to detail amaze me. From that they’ve done business cards for me which are the most professional looking business cards I’ve seen.
The company is doing some other items for me and I have no doubt that everything will look as great as the logo and business cards do. Overall, great customer service and great product! I highly recommend this company!

My experience with Frank was very good. He and his team were responsive and quick. They had my logo finished quicker than I expected.

My experience with this people was awful never ever going to contact them again or I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bunch of liars and scammers don't fall for it just want to take away your money and they do nothing about it. Charged us twice for same project and I was expecting a full refund of $1,425 but never received that despite they promised to do so. On the other hand, there is a desperate guy named Frank that works with this company that likes to take advantage of his position and uses the company's cellphone to start picking up on married women instead of doing his job. So BEWARE OUT THERE!! Due to this unexpected situation all my future plans went down this changed my entire life for once.
