Had an initial issue but Ron Anderson helped resolve it.

They build a website for our company. Great communication during the whole process. Jose Miller was our project manager and took very good care of us. He wants to create your vision and makes you feel like you are his top priority. He is also very easy to get in touch with.

We are very pleased with the quality of work that Patrick provided. The price was very reasonable. We strongly recommend American Logo Designers.

Absolutely amazing they where nice and very efficient

Great Communication and they work very efficiently and the everything they have done for me from website business cards and door hangers have been absolutely amazing!!!

Zero stars is still too many! I booked their package that guarantees 9 initial design concepts. I received 4. 2 of which look like they were done by a child on paint.

If that wasn't enough, they continuously tried to upsell me things not included in the package. Fine, everyone's got to make a living.

But BEWARE. They will HARASS you about 'copywriting' your logo. They will insist that it is mandatory. That you will get sued. That the government will come after you. After saying no 21 times (I counted) in our interactions, they finally gave up, but I've yet to receive the files for my logo. The only thing I ever received was the initial design with the watermark. And now I'm being given the runaround about receiving the rest of my files.

Waste of my time, money and patience.

Stacy and her team at American Logo Designers are absolutely the best there is. I will recommend them to everyone I know. The quality of there work is wonderful and they really listen to you and your feedback. They are masters of bring your vision's to life. I use American Logo Designers for my logo and website design. I love working with Samatha Jones, who is my PM for this project. She provides daily updates and great savings on all the work they were doing. The cost of the project is affordable and I appreciate her patience while dealing with my busy work schedule. Great company and I will definitely do business again with them in the future.

I am very satisfied with my website getting ready to go live soon. It took a long time to get this done; but I love it. Dwayne Parker helped design the website. Rose Fisher and Dean did a great job with product labels. Ms. Alex Moore did an excellent job on marketing ideas. What an excellent experience so far. Stacy Clark and her team of designers are terrific. They were able to creat a one of a kind logo for a new brand that I will be launching in the near future. Communication is excellent and they are willing to work above and beyond to get you exactly what you are looking for. Next they will be designing a custom website for me. I can’t wait to see the final product.

I hired American Logo Designers and worked with Joshua to originally get my logo together for a new business. I ended up getting a website as well as marketing for 2 businesses done with them. Terrible service. I've been waiting two months for my logo and website designs and getting slow-played all along the way. They don't answer their phones and their chat service will drop you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. Pursuing chargeback through my credit card company.

2/5/2022 Still no changes. Credit card chargeback was processed. Mike Ross told me the chargeback would be disputed by their lawyers and to check the fine print regarding their 100% guarantee.

I was helped by Peter In order to complete my website and let me tell you he did a great job as well as keeping in communication with me making sure what I needed done was done .
