From reading the other reviews here, I guess we were just really unlucky.
The samples they provided my company with were very unprofessional--my group actually asked if they were designed by a bot, they looked so bad. Then we were more specific as to what we wanted--a bridge-type logo, and got a bunch of samples that didn't look like a bridge at all, but roads. So we sent some samples from online sources that were what we wanted to be close to, and got more roads back.
Eventually we just gave up and we asked for a refund, and was told that if we opened the file they sent for the first batch of samples, it's almost impossible to get a refund.
Ah well. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than we did. Still no logo after 8 weeks, but I have some computer-generated abstract pics of roads, if anyone is interested.

Alex was the BEST! We had no idea what we wanted for our internet presence. Alex, helped us navigate the process from start to finish. He knew when to gently bring us along and he knew when decisions had to be made. He was with us every step of the way and we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I had some technical issues with my website designed by American Logo Designers. Rose from the Compliance Department contacted me and quickly addressed all the issues and got the website up and running. I was impressed with the speed and quality of the solutions.

Great service from all the team. Brandon Jones provided outstanding support, being very responsive and always focused on making sure he understands and fulfill all my needs during the whole process.

I did a simple Google search and found the company American Logo Designers. I did a little research on their website and liked their work so I decided to purchase a package with a few add ons to the logo. I began working with a designer who at first was very eager to work with me and tried to sell me a complete website and then copy writing on my logo. I told them at this time I was not going to be spending anymore money but would consider a website in the future. Weeks went by after this, responses from the company were days if not a week or more apart. At 7 weeks I requested a refund since I still had not received the files that I paid for. At this point I had two other employees reach out to me. With the help of these employees another 4 weeks went by but 11 weeks later I have finally received all of the files that I paid for. If you are in a hurry for work to be done, I wouldn’t recommend this company. I am however happy with the completed work but am not happy about the time frame it took. I was also asked to remove my original review several times which I agreed to do once I had received the final files. However, I decided it was also important to give a full picture review of what a pain this process was. So this is my edited review. Michele solved my problems after about a month but I am happy with her service and appreciate her getting the work done and the files finally sent to me.

I want to thanks Jason Wallace and his team for helping thought out the process of building the essential functions of my startup company. During the process Jason was very communicative and supported to provide me with the best options.
I personally recommend American Logo Designers to anyone that is looking to get things done the right way.

I’ve outsourced work dozens of times on Fiverr- great experiences. Tried American Logo Designers once—- will never do it again.

Do not comply with own terms and conditions. They tell you initial package price you pay is only time you’ll be asked for money- well, I was told I had to be additional $ for vector files (even though my package included ALL files), then told I owe money for processing fees….it’s not over!
5 months later I’m approached about paying $2200 in copyright fees or else they’re giving my logo to another customer —-even though in their FAQ section they say the customer owns the copyright!

I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General Consumer Protection for my state. This is absurd.

I am extremely satisfied with this company! Joshua was very patient, professional and kind. The logo was beyond my expectation, and I was very impressed! I received several logo samples in only 2 days! If you want a reliable company use American Logo Designers and ask for Joshua!

My family and I are starting an Organic farm here in Pennsylvania and working with Jennifer has been such a wonderful stress free experience! She is professional,knowledgeable and and a joy to work with on this adventure we are on . I look forward to working further with her on our website

It's true that some of the employees at this company have some time management issues. That's not the case with Michelle Cooper. Kudos to Michelle and her ability to stay on track. And even more kudos to her for her design creativity in helping us put together a recent ad. Thanks, Michelle - you rocked on this task! We also thank you for helping us improve our website to make it a world class site.

Had a wonderful experience. Daniel Parker guided me through all the steps to have them design me a logo for my new business. He was very informative and helpful in deciding my options on packages. He answered all my questions promptly. I look forward to seeing what they design for me. I've looked at other designs they've done and they look amazing.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Absolutely do not use this company they will lie and steal money from you and not produce good work and or wont even finish your work. Listen to these reviews. Go with someone local.

This company is a JOKE! They make many empty promises and never follow through. The logo was great, but that is it. They just keep trying to sell you more and more. When you try and get what they sold you, they stop answering emails, texts, and phone calls. They push and push to create a website. I checked with companies that they had produced and the companies did NOT recommend them. I am having to work with my credit card company for the work not completed or received.
