They stole my money and never delivered the products. When I appended a dispute, they made up a document for my bank saying that they provided me a contract that said no refund

Review Update - Alex Moore reached out to me after I left a 1 star review and they did refund for the work they didn't do and gave me the files for what I did pay for.

During this I was sent a notice the hosting that was purchased they said in January but my receipt is dated 2/21/22 was going to expire at the end of December.

Do not use this company. Very shady and not upfront with the project costs.

I hired them for a logo design then they upsold me on an informational website. They keep trying to upsell you with additional features and tell you the costs are all inclusive in what they quote you, but they aren't. I paid them $929 and got a subpar logo (you can get the same quality from a free logo generator on the web). They never delivered the website because they demanded I buy the terms and conditions and a few plugins for and additional $850 after I already paid them $700 for the website ($229 was for the logo design). They are not upfront about telling you all the costs, this company feels like they get you hooked in then extort you for more money. They wouldn't release anything but the logo to me because I wouldn't pay them anything additional from the agreed upon price.

They also will not give you any kind of refund no matter what the terms and conditions say. They called me 8 months later to try and get the project moving again because they wouldn't give me a refund. I know this was a cheap design and I was ok with the logo but not releasing a product you paid for because they wanted more money after the deal was done and paid for is shady business.

American Logo Designers created a logo for my tutoring business. The logo was exactly what I wanted: creative, professional and eye-catching. I filled out a questionnaire and the next day I received multiple logos to choose from. My family and friends love my new logo.

As a start up company of only one man doing construction graphic design isn’t my strong suite. I tried going on twitter to find an artist and my lord were the prices outrageous but after a quick google search this company was the first one and I’m so glad they were as they made the experience smooth easy and Brandon Jones literally took my concept and nailed it first try no revisions no compliants. I think their unique questionnaire helped tremendously with that which I found very smart to have. But you won’t regret trusting this company!

Below were my email communications with Jonathan H.(full name later) of AmericanLogoDesigners.Com about NOT GETTING LEADS (ZERO) for 4+ Months (as of 9/18/22) since he sold me SEO/PPC FOR $3,000+ that he promised and guaranteed. I giving Jon & American Logo Designers.com by end of Sept. to HONOR their Guaranteed Results. Then I'll finalize this Review by that date. (No response yet on several emails as of now)

I think your Company & tech guys needs help from other tech guys, this SEO company (below link) brags in Facebook, whether their claims are True or Not, at least they have "balls" to brag publicly what they can do.

It's 26 days before my $1.5 Million listing will be Cancelled. You guarantee that I'll be happy about the leads that you and your company will send me, that was last 2.5 months ago. But until now, NOT EVEN 1 LEAD.

On your previous email, you even want me to wait till October 15th cancellation, to send me lead/s. Why do I have to wait days before my $1.5 Million listing to be cancelled??? Will you Guarantee that any of these last-minute lead/s that you'll send will buy my Listing?

If you can't, your SEO/PPC should have been sending me lead/s and I should have been communicating with some lead/s already to find the 'actual buyer/s' MONTHS before my listing cancellation. I'll INITIATE AND DEMAND MY REFUND BEFORE THE END OF THIS MONTH IF I STILL DON'T GET ANY LEGITIMATE LEAD/S THAT YOU GUARANTEED!!!!!!

What's your manager's email address. If you hesitate to give it to me, I'll go higher and find ways to get your President/CEO's instead.

I never received what I paid for. I was sent random logos in random formats. I did not receive the promised print logos, t-shirt logos, etc.

Edit: After posting this review the company reached out to me almost immediately (even though their reply said they “had no record of my purchase”). On July 18th I received the promised stationary files. They were still trying to upsell me and have me remove my original review prior to delivering my product. My original order was on April 25th. The overall product was OK, the communication and sales tactics were not OK.

BEWARE

Once they seen this review they want to now call. They only released any logo only after saying I HAVE TO REMOVE MY REVIEW. DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY. LOOK AT texts from them. I will include email if allowed!

I paid for a logo on 5-6-22. I have yet to receive it. The sales rep Brandon stopped taking my calls, texts and replying to emails. I called customer service where the man yelled at me saying they created the logo. You get no refund. If I don’t have the logo how do I not get a refund.

They are extremely unprofessional and have no intentions on giving me a refund after I refused the other items they would like for you to purchase. Like we design for $3000 and copywriting for an additional $350. Something they should say is mandatory so the prices they talk about mean nothing because once they Create a logo all these other prices come into play. That list of things you think you are paying for (Stationary design business cards and all this other stuff they’re talking about the bullet point on the amount that you pay and then they turn around and say oh well that’s not what that means and then the yell and scream At the customers and you get nothing!!! stay away from this company the horrible

I reached out to American Logo Designers for help with just that, a logo for my new company. I had a very detailed conversation with Frank and within just a few days had many logo drawings to look at. I feel they did a great job at listening to what I wanted. After reviewing I asked for two different options to be modified, which they promptly did. Problems then started when they wanted much more money for copyrighting the logo. There was never any talk of additional fees for this and they acted as if it was included in what I had to pay upfront. They then got frustrated with me for not wanting to pay at least 2 times more for the copyright then I did for the original fee. 5 or 6 phone calls a day to try to belittle me. I’m done with American logo

Jon Hastings answered all my questions and brought good ideas on my website SEO that's on the way for tweaking/updating. My expectation on this Project is like the 'resurrection' of an ordinary website into Lead Generating Machine'. Thanks.

I have been using American Logo Designers for 4 Years now. They have been good to work with. They will call and co firm what you need and want prior to the project. They are quick to respond to emails. They are always looking for my website to have an edge over my competitors.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Absolutely horrible to deal with. All they did is delay delay delay and just try to upsell me from the original price they quoted me. Got rude and aggressive when I called them out on it. I really blame myself for not doing a thorough research on the company. Scam artists. Stay away. I had to pay for "services rendered" which I did not want but was told would be given for free with my order. Then had to contact the CC company to actually get the refund for the rest

We wanted to make some changes to our website. A friend of mine suggested American Logo Designers, and we had a detailed meeting with them about the changes we wanted to our website. They fully updated the website with the latest features. We give them five stars

They have great responses time, very Prompt on delivering the service. They're very professional and have a lot of creativity.
