I had a very good experience with ALPS

I had a very good experience with ALPS. Even though the claim took almost 12 months to settle up but I was already informed about the time line and updated each and every step they took on this. Excellent customer service and excellent results

Auto Replace Assistance

Requested some assistance incepting 7 vehicle Auto Replace fleet policy, Sophie went above and beyond to accommodate and assist with queries raised all polices have now been incepted and finalised! Highly recommend Alps and credit to Sophie for a fantastic service!

Excellent customer service - very helpful and knowledgeable staff

Really Excellent customer service . Sophie was affable , very knowledgeable and answered all my queries quickly and concisely . She comprehensively explained the rental insurance product and even called me back very promptly , when she checked some further information I requested . 10/10 couldn’t ask for a better service - well done !

Great service so far

I've recently been involved in a car accident that wasn't my fault. It has been an extremely stressful situation.

I've been liaising with Matt regarding my case. He's been a great help, taking his time, explaining everything. It's taken some of the stress away.

Hopefully, everything gets resolved satisfactorily, and quickly regarding the settlement of this claim, and I can go back to my life, pre-accident.

Terrible service all round

The whole case management for the last 2.5 years was very disappointing from a customers point of view. From not being able to get a courtesy vehicle to suit the business needs to not replying to emails to advising me to go to court for a larger claim sum to them not receive it. Very poor customer service, management and advise throughout the case. Would not recommend using Alps to anyone.

Happy to say I’m the happiest man alive…

Happy to say I’m the happiest man alive I’ve just received what I’ve been needing to help my case through the start of the claim. I’m a very happy man and could not ask for anything better from a great company as they’ve been polite extremely helpful, understanding on my situation and have just made me again the happiest man.
