My ALPS experience with Mr. Waleed
Around 2 months ago, I started my driving journey with Mr. Waleed of ALPS Driving School. Following my initial lesson, Mr. Waleed contacted me to confirm my address and provide an overview of the day’s activities. During my first lesson, Mr. Waleed assessed my driving abilities and determined the number of lessons required. Based on my performance during the first lesson, he recommended five lessons.
In regards to Mr. Waleed’s lessons, I can confidently assert that they are meticulously tailored to assist students not only in passing their practical driving exam but also in developing essential safety driving skills. Each lesson was highly technical, providing detailed explanations of every driver’s actions and the underlying reasons for their actions. Mr. Waleed’s insightful approach ensured that every two-hour drive was engaging and informative.
Overall, my experience with Mr. Waleed has been highly positive. The investment in his services has proven to be well worth it, and the dedication he demonstrates to his students is truly exceptional.

Positive experience
I’ve been dealing with Hannah at ALPS and wanted to say how helpful and responsive she’s been throughout. Clear, prompt and persistent (in a good way), she’s made the onboarding process smooth and professional. It’s been a positive experience so far.

Incorrect documents
There was a slight blip on the system where the policies created were triplicated. Sophie reassured me that she was able to sort this at insurers end. Received amended documents within 30 mins.
